This article focuses on the reform of the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in Gansu Province.The research method used is a combination of theory,empirical and case studies and focuses on the new round of reform of the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in Gansu Province since 2014.The main reforms are the optimization of the retention mechanism,the establishment of a long-term and effective incentive mechanism and the optimization of the company layout to improve the operational mechanism.This article aims to examine the impact of the changed management mechanism on business performance by examining the mixed reform.The article first elaborates the theories of mixed ownership reform and performance and summarizes related research literature to pave the way for research.Focusing on state-owned enterprises in Gansu Province,a new round of mixed ownership reforms with irrelevant measures has been proposed in Gansu Province.After the relevant measures were published,relevant reform measures were tested in key companies.Based on the data from eleven publicly traded state-owned companies in Gansu Province,this paper uses empirical analysis methods,mainly using factor analysis and linear regression methods,to examine the impact of the management mechanism of Gansu state-owned companies on the corporate management of state-owned companies in Gansu Province The change in the mechanism is due to the implementation of the mixed ownership reform.The mixed ownership reform introduced changes to the state's retention mechanism,incentive mechanism and operating mechanism.Company in Gansu Province.These changes in the governance mechanism have more or less an impact on the performance of state-owned companies.They had an impact.The aim of this article is to examine whether the management of state-owned companies in Gansu Province has an impact on company performance after implementing mixed ownership reforms,whether the impact is positive or negative,and what kind of experience and education it can have on the company subsequent reform process of the mixed ownership of the state-owned enterprises of Gansu province.The performance improvement of state-owned enterprises is mainly influenced by the management mechanism.This part of the theory can be obtained by researching and analyzing the results of the research literature.With the reform of mixed ownership,changes in the governance mechanism of state-owned companies also affect business performance.If,through literature research,the retention mechanism,the incentive mechanism,and the operating mechanism in the administrative mechanism become perfect in the context of a mixed ownership reform,they will have a corresponding impact on the company's performance.Based on the results of the literature review,this article suggests hypotheses.This article aims to solve the following problems:(1)the internal mechanism of changes in the governance mechanism of state-owned enterprises in Gansu Province after the reform of state-owned enterprises'mixed ownership will affect enterprise performance.(2)Gansu Province Based on data from eleven publicly traded state-owned enterprises,the empirical analysis has identified the real impact of the current mixed ownership reform on the performance of state-owned enterprises Analysis of the positive and positive effects of corporate governance mechanisms on corporate performance.(3)Jiugang Hongxing's implementation of mixed ownership reform in2014 as an argument for in-depth analysis to further examine the relationship between mixed ownership reform and business performance.Research on mixed ownership reform has changed the retention mechanism,incentive mechanism,and operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises in Gansu Province and has had some impact on corporate performance.Due to the specific case of Jiugang Hongxing,the analysis of the financial data has been carried out,and the data of the retention mechanism,the incentive mechanism and the operating mechanism under the Jiugang Hongxing management mechanism have changed.Jiugang Hongxing's main financial indicators have been changed.Optimization to take into account the influence of the mixed reform on the retention mechanism and the incentive mechanism of the operating mechanism within the corporate governance mechanism as well as the relationship to.
