With the continuous development of computer technology and the appearance of virtual simulation technology,it becomes feasible to use virtual reality technology to generate virtual environment and complete virtual action interaction.Therefore,using computer technology to connect virtual equipment and man-machine interaction to build virtual equipment platform has become a research hotspot.On the basis of in-depth analysis and understanding of the existing virtual reality technology,this paper takes QZK1300 CNC paper cutter as the object to study.Based on the analysis of the structure and working process of nc paper scutters,a virtual platform design scheme of NC paper scutters based on virtual reality technology was proposed,and the 3d modeling and interactive simulation of virtual equipment were realized by using simulation software.The main work content is as follows:(1)After the functional analysis and demand analysis of the system,the overall design scheme of the virtual platform was proposed.Solidworks,3DMAX and Unity3D were selected as development tools according to the needs;(2)The THREE-DIMENSIONAL model of the CNC paper cutter and the virtual environment of the laboratory space were built;(3)Based on user requirements,the user interface is designed to realize the mechanism movement of the CNC paper cutter in the interactive simulation environment and simulate the running process of the equipment.In this paper,based on the existing research results and combining Solidworks,3DMAX and Unity3D development engine as development tools,the modular design idea is adopted to design and realize a set of new numerical control slitter virtual demonstration platform.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in that this paper uses Unity3D engine to realize collision detection of virtual numerical control slitter demonstration platform.Virtual reality technology is applied to the field of processing and manufacturing,and its process is visualized at the same time.The process of processing and manufacturing is visually displayed in front of the operator through the virtual demonstration platform.
