Due to the complexity of coal mining in our country environment,security problem has always been a problem in production of coal mining enterprises,and is the most important factor affecting the safety of coal mine.Improve the quality of the mining of the workers'skills to avoid disaster,can effectively guarantee safe production of coal enterprise.But for disaster in the coal mining process,the people can't be in the reality of the mine environment for training or validation of methods and techniques to escape.If you build a mine roadway environment of virtual reality system,real and the virtual people into a virtual mine system,to achieve the purpose of training of miners disaster,miners skills to improve quality,reduce coal mine disasters has the vital significance.Paper studied the virtual miner model based on skeleton framework,design the appearance of virtual miner,expression,action,intelligent behaviour and interaction,to build the virtual model of the mine and the disaster scene,implements the intelligent virtual miner system development.First examine the terrain data and collected under the mine and texture data;Second application 3 ds Max modeling tool for mine environment model and the character model is set up,and the model and texture map into Unity3D;Then use the JavaScript language to write the character controller.Finally finish mine familiar with using c#language,user roaming and intelligent learning,disaster simulation and trigger the function such as accidents,and by using Unity3D own particle system need element in making all kinds of accidents,such as fire,falling rocks,such as coal,smoke,water effect to show downhole accidents,complete rendering design downhole accident,now can simulate the fire,such as landslide and flood disasters;Write a trigger response function,complete interaction system the design and implementation of the whole system.System provides the disaster avoidance skills training of miners,the miners through the setup and operation of the virtual people,experience the downhole environment and disaster accident case scenarios,and make the correct response.System friendly interface,realistic effect,simple operation,high extensibility,the skill training of miners and played an important role in the mine disaster drills,with good use value and application prospect.
