Using the advanced technology and methods of Design for Six Sigma(DFSS),under the premise of meeting various standards,the atmosphere test is researched to improve the storage quality of the Physalis pubescens.A physical model of heat and mass transfer of Physalis pubescens consistent with the construction state of the test bench was established.The established mathematical model of heat and mass transfer of Physalis pubescens can be used as the basis for calculation of heat and mass transfer after the experimental conclusions are obtained.Using hypothesis testing,steepest ascent method,response surface design,and mixture design,the optimal storage conditions for Physalis pubescens are determined as follows:pre-cooling treatment,temperature of 0?,humidity of 87.58%,gas volume ratio of "3.1%oxygen+5%Carbon dioxide+91.9%nitrogen".According to the gas volume ratio obtained by the mixing design,it was confirmed that the high-density polyethylene material of the modified atmosphere packaging film is suitable for the Physalis pubescens,and the packaging ratio is 418.18.Using multi-response surface design,it is determined that the recommended energy-saving storage temperature is 1.51515?,and the ultimate energy-saving storage temperature is 2.52525?.Using distribution analysis,it was determined that the fresh-keeping period of the Physalis pubescens was 46 days in the modified atmosphere storage.Time series analysis was used to analyze the changes in comprehensive evaluation indexes of Physalis pubescens in 55 days and forecast the change trend in the next 20 days.Using probabilistic unit analysis,it is determined that the number of placements is positively correlated with the sensory disqualification rate of the Physalis pubescens.The storage effect of trays is better than that of carton packaging.Two recommended placement plans are obtained.Draw the fitting function line of the placement number of different placement methods and the failure rate of Physalis pubescens,the storage placement number of trays in flat manner is obtained as The sensory state effect of n Physalis pubescens and the number of carton storage and storage is n×0.598252 Physalis pubescens almost the same proportion,which results in the conclusion that the Physalis pubescens are unqualified.Taking the air conditioning warehouse of a specific project as a prototype,using the established physical and mathematical models to further establish physical models for the two recommended placement methods,input the obtained optimal storage environment parameters for numerical heat transfer characteristics simulation research,and obtain the time and The regression equation of temperature,and test comparison.The data obtained by the simulation can be used as the theoretical basis for the pre-cooling test operation of the Physalis pubescens cold storage and the actual cold chain storage time and management of the Physalis pubescens cold storage.
