Industrial Internet is a distinctive industrial development concept,Its essence is to combine emerging Internet technology with traditional manufacturing technology.For a long time,the concept of Industrial Internet has been oriented to high-end industries,especially the optimization and manufacturing process.The operation and maintenance management of cutting-edge intelligent equipment,and the use of automated production lines in small and medium-sized enterprises is not yet popular.This article takes the office chair production line as the research object,combines the office chair production group in a certain area,establishes an integrated and shared industrial Internet data processing platform,analyzes and mines the collected data,and optimizes the production line based on the data.The main contents are as follows:1.This paper analyzed the research status and Application scenarios of industrial Internet platforms at home and abroad,and propose the concept of Applying industrial Internet platforms to the office chair production line.2.Built the basic framework of industrial Internet platform.This paper divided the whole industrial cloud platform into four parts,The first is the induction layer,which is used for data acquisition and transmission of production line,and its construction is based on wireless sensor network;The second is the network layer,which is composed of gateway and router,which can connect each node to the network;The third is the application layer,whose function is to realize the front-end and back-end human-computer interaction;The fourth is the application layer,whose essence is the web interface of industrial cloud platform.3.The wireless sensor network was built.The Lo Ra technology was used to the production line Because it has the function of data transmission.Wireless sensor network consists of three parts,Collection node Sink node and Management node.The network is mainly composed of sensor nodes,aggregation nodes,and management nodes.the author has designed the above parts,including software and hardware design,At the same time,the sensor control unit and the system server were deployed.4.The gateway was designed.The function of gateway is mainly reflected in two aspects: first,gateway is responsible for Modbus TCP communication with outer server and web interface;second,it realizes Mod Bus serial communication with wireless sensor network and forwards data request instruction from server to sensor network.Based on the above functions,the gateway is developed and designed from the perspectives of multithreading operation and TCP / IP communication.5.Data visualization.This system is based on the B/S development architecture,combined with the most common web front-end development model,namely HTML5+CSS+JS/AJAX,this development method will display data information to users with better results.6.Combine data to optimize the production line algorithm.Through the production line data collected by the system,one of the office chair production lines is taken as the research object,combined with the collected working time of each process and the distribution of the number of people in each station,the genetic algorithm is used to improve the production line to find the bottleneck process that restricts the entire production line.The traditional genetic algorithm operator selection method is not scientific,so this paper proposes a practical operator selection method of compound production line,that is,the optimal individual substitution method.By compiling Mat Lab program,the most reasonable number of stations and personnel allocation can be obtained,and then the production efficiency of the production line can be improved.
