In this paper,literature research,normative research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods are used to study the improvement of employee performance management system in LZ gas transmission company of Petro China.This paper analyzes the basic situation of LZ gas transmission company and the status quo of employee performance management system,summarizes the existing problems of employee performance management system,puts forward the improvement strategy of employee performance management system,and analyzes the implementation guarantee measures of employee performance management system improvement.The research conclusions of this paper include: the problems of employee performance management system in LZ gas transmission company include the lack of performance plan,the defects of performance evaluation index,the improper performance evaluation,the obvious shortage of performance counseling and communication,the lack of performance feedback interview,and the insufficient application of evaluation results.The reasons for the problems in the performance management system include that the company does not pay enough attention to the performance management,the employees misunderstand the performance management,and can not correctly grasp the role allocation of performance management.The overall idea of improving the employee performance management system of LZ gas transmission company is to solve the existing problems and make the employee performance management system complete.It is necessary to formulate a perfect performance plan,clarify the subject of the performance plan,determine the content of the performance plan,and formulate the performance plan according to scientific steps.In order to build a scientific performance appraisal index system,we should adhere to the principles of goal orientation,full participation,feasibility and emphasis,and use the method of key performance indicators to reconstruct indicators.It is necessary to improve the performance evaluation and evaluation,select a reasonable evaluation cycle,establish a complete evaluation organization,and follow the scientific evaluation process.We should adhere to performance coaching and communication,deeply understand the real situation of employees' work,carry out continuous performance counseling,help employees from details,and listen to their voices patiently.To timely do a good job in the performance feedback interview,do a good job in preparation for the interview,give enough attention to the staff,interview according to the scientific process.Pay attention to the use of performance appraisal results,according to the results of the post adjustment,improve the selection and recruitment,carry out staff training,improve the management system.To implement the improvement of employee performance management system,we should take safeguard measures from the following aspects,including improving the incentive mechanism of the company,strengthening the training of performance management,and shaping the performance culture of the company.This study is helpful to improve the performance management of employees in LZ gas transmission branch,and improve the human resource management and overall management level of the company.The purpose of this study is to expand the research on human resource management of basic industry enterprises concerning national economy and people's livelihood,to enrich the means of human resource management of professional supporting service companies in the oil industry,and to improve the ideas of performance management of oil and gas transmission industry enterprises.
