Developing a circular economy and building a conservation-oriented society are arduous and long-term tasks for social and economic development in China.With the rapid development of the scrap steel recycling industry and the adjustment of industrial policies,the next few years will become a period of opportunity for the development of Zhejiang Rong He Renewable Resources Company(Rong He Company),a regional leading enterprise in the scrap steel recycling industry.Therefore,how to seize external opportunities in the industry,respond to internal threats,and promote its development has become an important issue for Rong He Company.Based on the theories and methods of corporate strategic management,this thesis studies the external policy environment and internal strategic management of Rong He Company.Through a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the scrap steel recycling industry,the external macroeconomic environment,and the internal business capabilities,this thesis aims to propose specific strategic development goals and strategic implementation plans for the development of Rong He Company.By PEST and SWOT methods for program evaluation,this thesis concludes that the integrative growth strategy is more suitable for Rong He Company.According to the development goals,a series of safeguard measures are proposed,such as strengthen resource integration and financial guarantees,focus on technology leadership,enhance the sales and operation plan,and optimize the organizational structure.This thesis reviews the theories and methods of corporate strategic management,analyses the internal and external development environment,and proposes practical strategic measures for the development of the target company.This thesis not only has practical significance for the renewable resource recovery industry but also enriches theoretical research in this field.
