Mining submersible pump is the key equipment of underground drainage system in coal mine,and its working performance directly affects the safety production of the whole coal mine.Mining submersible pump is widely used in underground drainage system because of its simple structure,security,longevity,and other characteristics.However,the traditional semi-automatic method is adopted in the existing mine submersible pump detection system,which has the disadvantages of backward measurement method,low accuracy,poor reliability,and real-time performance,and is difficult to meet the needs of intelligent mining production.Therefore,this paper puts forward a set of built-in detection system with on-line detection and monitoring function,which focuses on improving the internal detection automation level of mining submersible pump,and is oriented by the application of mining production.It uses MCU,sensor,RS485 and wireless communication and fault diagnosis technology.The main research contents are as follows:?.Considering the process,structure and working performance of mine submersible pump,in order to realize the automatic detection function of the pump,we give the design process of the detection system.It includes: 1)In order to avoid the problems of low detection efficiency,high cost and poor real-time of external detection,a built-in detection scheme is proposed.Based on the abnormal working conditions and data analysis of mine submersible pump,the key factors affecting the operation of mine submersible pump are determined,including voltage,current,temperature,flow,pressure and liquid level,etc.;2)Based on the selection of sensors,transformers,multiplexers and amplifiers and the design of detection circuit,combined with the technology of single chip microcomputer,the minimum system of microprocessor is given,and the main core detection principle design of mine submersible pump built-in detection hardware circuit is realized;3)In order to reduce the weak signal easily interfered by strong signal in the transmission process and avoid the loss of signal transmission,a remote signal transmission method of mine submersible pump with RS485 and wireless redundancy communication function is designed to ensure the accuracy and real-time of mine submersible pump detection information;4)Based on the above principle design,with the help of Altium designer software,the hardware circuit diagram is drawn,and the PCB circuit board is made considering the device layout,signal level and other factors,so as to realize the intelligent detection hardware design of mine submersible pump.?.Based on the hardware design,the lower computer software of intelligent detection system for submersible pump used in mine is developed.It includes: 1)The main program design is carried out by using modular structure design method,including initialization of system variables and hardware interface,signal acquisition and processing;2)In order to real-time detect the operating state of the submersible pump,we design the data acquisition subprogram,which includes the multi-path temperature acquisition subprogram,the voltage and current subprogram,and the flow/liquid level/pressure subprogram;3)In order to realize the communication redundancy of the system,the corresponding subprogram is designed;4)Based on the field test data of mine submersible pump,the hardware and software of the system are tested.The test results show that the built-in mine submersible pump with online detection and monitoring function can meet the actual needs of mine submersible pump engineering.?.In order to improve the working efficiency of mine submersible pump and reduce the influence of its fault on underground drainage capacity,a fault diagnosis method of asynchronous motor rotor broken bar in submersible pump based on wavelet transform analysis is proposed;It includes: rotor broken bar fault feature analysis,extraction process and state diagnosis.Based on the field experimental data of the mine submersible pump,the simulation results show that the proposed fault diagnosis method can accurately identify the rotor working state of asynchronous motor and reduce the influence of the fault of the mine submersible pump on the drainage capacity of the mine.
