In the temperature control system,the valve is the most common actuator,and its performance directly affects the control effect of the control loop.Valve stiction is the most common and the most difficult problem to overcome.It may cause the oscillation of the control loop,and its existence seriously affects the performance of the control system.Stiction control is of great significance for improving the accuracy and stability of the control loop.This thesis is based on the design of the positive pressure oven optimization control software(hereinafter referred to as positive pressure oven).In this background,with the temperature of the coke oven process being the controlled object,the temperature control system based on improved pulse combustion is studied.On the basis of understanding the structure of the coke oven and the oven process,the mechanism modeling method is used to establish two mathematical models respectively for the carbonization chamber and the combustion chamber according to the law of conservation of heat.And the model of the relation between combustion chamber temperature and gas flow rate of the oven process is determined by the former two models,in which the controlled object in the temperature control system is the temperature of the combustion chamber.The valve is an actuator in the temperature control system.In view of its stiction and the idea of pulse combustion control,a stiction control method is proposed,which is to improve the pulse combustion control mode.When the opening degree of the valve needs to be changed within a small range,the valve may not operate due to the stiction.At this time,a pulse signal is applied to the valve to enact the valve,so that the flow rate in a certain period of time is approximately equal to that under the ideal opening degree.This method compensates for the deficiencies of the control valve stiction to the control system,thereby improving the control effect.Due to the time-varying characteristic of the controlled object,the conventional PID control method cannot achieve the expected control effect.In order to balance the rapidity,the stability and the accuracy of the control quality,the humanoid intelligent control algorithm is introduced.The temperature control system based on improved pulse combustion is designed and simulated on MATLAB to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the methodFinally,the research results are applied to the oven process of 2#coke oven in Shanxi Pengfei Coking Plant.The control system is stable and the temperature control during the heating process meet the project requirements and achieve the expected results.
