Power rotating equipment is indispensable for modern steel companies.It plays an important role in sintering,blast furnace,steelmaking and rolling.Especially the air supply system,it will lead to the paralysis of the entire process if it suddenly stops.Applying the fault diagnosis technology to power rotating equipment can effectively perform equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis,find out the cause of the fault in time,then make the exact decision.It can also predict equipment failures,make the planned maintenance,improve equipment efficiency,and ensure the safe operation.Therefore,the research on fault diagnosis technology of power rotary equipment is of great significance.The main research content of this article:1 、 Theoretical research on mechanical vibration signals,as well as the theoretical research on single and double rotor dynamic balance;2、Research on rotor dynamics theory.meanwhile,based on the Workbench simulation platform,the finite element analysis model of the rotor system is established,and the natural frequency,critical speed and corresponding vibration characteristics of the single-disk and double-disk rotor systems are determined.Finally,the harmonic response analysis method is used to study the fault of the rotor system unbalance;3、Using the rotor test bench,to study the vibration characteristics of the rotor in different states and on-site dynamic balance technology;4、Analysis of typical failure mechanisms of rotary equipment,combined with time-domain waveforms,spectrograms,axis trajectories,bode plots,etc.,to study the characteristics of the fault.5 、 Use fault diagnosis technology to diagnose and resolve faults on site manufacturing equipment.By analyzing the typical failure mechanism of rotating equipment and combining the vibration characteristics of the failure,the ability to quickly identify the failure is realized.meanwhile,in view of the rotor imbalance failure,the field dynamic balance experiment was carried out,and an effective diagnosis method for the flexible rotor imbalance was found and applied.
