Pipeline cutting machine is an important tool in the maintenance and repair of long-distance oil and gas pipeline.At present,the scheme of the pipe cutting machine is to cut the pipe by vertical milling and groove the fracture by turning.Because of the broken pipe when the milling of feed speed and groove cutting feed speed is different,the pipe broken tube and groove are two independent processes,after milling broken tube need to be replaced midway parking circular drive,remove the drilling and milling head,change groove tool carrier,make the whole process of furnishing accessories,construction is not simple,more the intensity of labor is big,the other oil and gas pipeline d repair construction time is short.In this paper,a new type of bevel cutting drilling and milling machine with an integrated pipe cutting groove is presented.First of all,the project design of the pipe cutting machine,according to the pipe groove Angle standard to calculate the Angle of the vertical milling cutter when oblique cutting,milling force,milling power,driving torque under different milling parameters.In view of the fact that the milling force is larger in oblique cutting than in direct cutting,a new clamping method is determined and the combined strength of bending and torsion is checked.Design the structure,positioning and bearing arrangement of the roller shaft.The Solidworks software was used for 3d modeling to pave the way for subsequent analysis.Secondly,Ansys Workbench is used to static analysis of the drilling and milling head spindle and the body fixed plate,and check the strength of the dangerous section.Through modal analysis of the drilling and milling head spindle,the machine body fixed disk,the circular drive gear shaft,the machine body moving disk,and the adjustment of the supporting leg press plate,the corresponding natural frequency and the critical speed of the spindle are obtained,indicating that the external excitation will not cause the resonance of the parts during the work.The transient dynamic analysis of the gear pair was carried out again.By setting the boundary conditions such as load step,the stress,velocity,cloud diagram and curve changing with time of the gear pair in a certain time were obtained,and the results were analyzed.Ncode,a fatigue analysis plug-in in Ansys Workbench,carries out multi-axis non-proportional and time-step fatigue analysis on the body's fixed disc and gear pair,and obtains the safety coefficient of the fixed disc under the action of load spectrum and the damage of the gear shaft during the one-week engagement process,and analyzes and explains the results.At last,the installation test of the inclined cutting drilling and milling machine was carried out on the spot,and it was found that there was no interference in the process of operation,and the machining accuracy was high,so the feasibility of the inclined cutting method to cut the pipe groove was determined,and a new scheme was added for the cutting technology of the oil pipeline.
