ZnO is a semiconductor material with a special structure,which has been widely used as a photocatalytic material.However,the disadvantage of ZnO is its wide band gap energy(3.37 e V),and it can only use 5% of the ultraviolet light that accounts for sunlight.Therefore,the modification of ZnO has become a hot issue in current research.This topic uses carbon-based materials to modify ZnO.First,the preparation process of graphene oxide(GO)and silk fibroin(SF)carbon materials modified ZnO is studied;secondly,the photocatalytic activity and photocatalytic degradation mechanism of the modified materials are studied.Discuss;finally finish the modified material on the cotton fabric,and explore the properties of the finished fabric.Firstly,ZnO materials with different morphologies were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The degradation test of thiazole blue(MTT)showed that the degradation rate of ZnO with different morphologies to MTT solution was in order: rod-shaped ZnO(83.6%)> flower-shaped ZnO(48.74%))>Flake ZnO(25.46%),indicating that rod ZnO can produce more superoxide anions.The rod-shaped ZnO is doped with GO.Under visible light irradiation,the doping of GO increases the degradation rate of ZnO to methyl orange by 39.99%,and the band gap energy decreases by 0.08 e V,which proves that the doping of carbon materials can effectively improve ZnO.The photocatalytic activity of the material.Secondly,the silk fibroin carbon material modified ZnO(S-ZnO)was successfully prepared by a one-step calcination method.When SF:ZnO=0.5:1 and the calcination temperature is 700 ?,the S-ZnO material has the best photocatalytic activity.The degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 99.67%.The band gap energy of S-ZnO is 0.59 e V lower than that of ZnO.Compared with PVP-ZnO and PAN-ZnO,S-ZnO also has good photocatalytic degradation performance.Finally,the mechanism of S-ZnO photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was discussed,and three reasons for the improvement of S-ZnO photocatalytic activity were summarized: First,the doping of C,N,and S elements in silk fibroin changed the band gap of ZnO Energy;Second,the electrons on the surface of ZnO migrate to the carbon material,increasing the time for the electrons;third,the carbon material can adsorb dyes and increase the contact between ZnO and dyes.The cotton fabric loaded with S-ZnO(S-ZnO/cotton)was prepared by the padding method,and the anti-ultraviolet and other properties of the fabric were studied.Taking the UV protection coefficient as the test index,the optimal process for preparing S-ZnO/cotton fabric was screened out as follows: the immersion time is 13 min,the amount of S-ZnO nanoparticles is 7 g/L,the amount of binder is 40 wt%,and the immersion The temperature is 55°C.The UVA transmittance of S-ZnO/cotton fabric prepared under the optimal process is 3.96%,the UVB transmittance is 0.72%,and the UV protection coefficient reaches 50+;after 150 min of washing,the UV protection coefficient can still reach 50+;After 48 hours of ultraviolet light irradiation,the breaking strength of the fabric is 534.3 N,the elongation at break is 31.6%,and still has good mechanical properties;after finishing,the fabric has a rapid recovery angle of 140.4° and a slow recovery angle of 198.4°;after finishing The breathability of the fabric is slightly reduced,but it does not affect daily applications.Tests have confirmed that the finished cotton fabric has good UV resistance,fastness to washing,mechanical properties,wrinkle recovery performance and air permeability.The silk fibroin carbon material modified ZnO(S-ZnO)material is applied to cotton fabric together with a hydrophobic agent to prepare a cotton fabric with hydrophobic properties(LS-ZnO/cotton).Using the contact angle as the test index,the optimal process for preparing LS-ZnO/cotton fabric was screened out: the immersion time was 7 min,the amount of S-ZnO nanoparticles used was 9 g/L,and the amount of hydrophobic agent was 5 wt%.The temperature is 55 ?,the static contact angle of LS-ZnO/cotton fabric prepared under the optimal process is 144.9°,the dynamic slip angle is 9.7;UVA transmittance is 2.96%,UVB transmittance is 0.52%,ultraviolet The protection factor reaches 50+;the static contact angle remains at 136.7° after washing with water for 150 min;the breaking strength of the fabric is 528.1N and the elongation at break is 34.2% after 48 hours of UV irradiation,still having good mechanical properties;Slight changes will not affect daily use.Therefore,LS-ZnO/cotton fabric not only has excellent hydrophobic and UV protection properties,but also has good washing resistance,air permeability and mechanical properties.
