Study On Optimization Strtegies Of Spare Parts Management Of A Oilfield Service Enterprise

Since the beginning of the new century,under the impact of the vigorous development of the new energy industry,the development of the traditional fossil energy industry has been continuously affected.As domestic fuel car ownership increased year by year and the northern policy of coal to gas heating,causing domestic refined oil and natural gas and there is a huge market,product oil and gas imports continued to rise,make to national policy impact on national energy stability,energy security has once again become the primary concern of the energy industry.The state has advocated for many times to vigorously carry out oil and gas field exploration,and it is extremely urgent to find new oil and gas reservoirs.Under the new situation of oil and gas resource exploration,the business volume of A oilfield service enterprise has been rising year by year,which poses new challenges for the management of A oilfield service enterprise.This paper studies the spare parts management strategy by selecting A oilfield service enterprise.First of all,through the field investigation and statistical analysis of data in the previous years and combining the actual situation of production and operation,according to A kind of spare parts service enterprise related tools,the actual spare parts management and spare parts management and analyzes the problems existing in the research,to find A oilfield service companies in spare parts management of two problems: shortage of spare parts and spare parts of high rate of idle problems.Then,taking A kind of tool used by A oilfield service enterprise in the service market of party A as an example,all metal spare parts of the tool are classified by using ABC classification method and Kraljic model,and the optimal order quantity,order cycle and reorder point of spare parts are calculated by using EOQ economic order model.Finally,the system,personnel training and inventory technology of A oilfield service enterprise are improved to ensure the implementation of the optimization results,so as to reduce the phenomenon of spare parts shortage and spare parts idle rate.By optimizing the spare parts management of A oilfield service enterprise,the level of its related spare parts management is improved,and the problems in inventory management of A oilfield service enterprise are reduced,which can be used for reference by other oilfield service enterprises.
