With the rapid development of production enterprises in China,the demand of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet aggrandizes and it promotes the fast development of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet production line.In order to ensure the quality of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet products,many large steel makers in China introduces hot-dip galvanized steel sheet production line as well as polish machine to make the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets smooth.With complicated control system as well as high control precision,polish machine is the key equipment to improve the quality and performance of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.It covers knowledge of many fields,such as machinery,electronics,hydraulics,technology,pneumatic and so on.However,for its middle position in the steel sheet production line,its application inevitably has an effect on the tension and speed control of the production line.Therefore,how to use polish machine well in hot-dip galvanized steel sheet production line is our problem to be solved urgently.This research focuses on the case of Tianjin XX Company,which has introduces polish machine into its hot-dip galvanized steel sheet production line and solve the practical problems in the polish machine application through improving mechanical structure,hydraulic bending roller system and control system based on the knowledge of hot-dip galvanized lines composition,hot-dip galvanization technique and basis of how polish machine works.Improving mechanical structure makes polish machine change roll quickly.Installing oil cylinder makes the products flat and even.Self-adaptive fuzzy control technique,which has replaced the traditional PID control technique,improves the performance of whole servomotor system and resolves the problem: zero adjustment and strip fold removing require machine halt.Adaptive compensation method of polish machine friction torque is presented to resolve the problem of line speed synchronization.It has been proved that the above methods upgraded the products quality,reduced scrap and defective products and improved enterprises' economic effectiveness greatly.
