Due to the influence of water swelling and "water gas" replacement and air drying,the microstructure of the remaining coal in the goaf is changed,and the risk of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal is higher than that of the raw coal.At present,there is little research on the prevention and control technology based on the characteristics of the structural change of the remaining coal,under this condition,the effective prevention and control of the spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in the goaf is restricted.In this paper,the change rule of microstructure of residual coal with different metamorphic degree after long-term soaking and air drying is systematically studied.From the point of view of the change of pore structure and functional group content of coal,the high-efficiency green materials and their properties which can prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal are explored,and the material ratio is optimized.The research results have important scientific and practical significance for the development of coal spontaneous combustion and prevention of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf.Nitrogen adsorption method was used to study the change of pore structure of three kinds of coal bodies with different metamorphic degrees after long-term water immersion.The influence of long-term water immersion on the structural parameters such as pore morphology,specific surface area,total pore volume and average pore diameter of the remaining coal was analyzed.The results showed that the overall average pore diameter of the remaining coal increased,total pore volume decreased and specific surface area decreased compared with the original coal Fourier infrared spectroscopy was used to study the change of micro groups of three kinds of coal without metamorphism after long-term soaking,and the influence of Soaking on the type and content of functional groups in coal was analyzed.The results showed that the influence of Soaking on the content of oxygen-containing functional groups in coal surface was not obvious,and the content of aliphatic hydrocarbon on coal surface increased compared with raw coal The proportion of aromatic hydrocarbon on the surface of anthracite and gas coal decreases with the increase of soaking time.Combined with the coupling effect of the change of the microstructure of the remaining coal and the chain reaction process of coal spontaneous combustion destroyed by the blocking material,a blocking material suitable for preventing and controlling the spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in the goaf of water storage was explored.It was named compound celery nano emulsion material,which was prepared by the hot melt ultrasonic method.High efficiency,green,non-toxic,non polluting water quality,and large-scale production,with a good market development prospects.Using the experimental device of coal spontaneous combustion characteristics,the resistance performance of the inhibitor material is compared and analyzed.The results show that the blocking property of the inhibitor is better than that of commonly used inhibitor(gel foam).Nitrogen adsorption and FTIR were used to analyze the influence of compound apigenin nanoemulsion on the structure of coal residue.The results showed that the material acted on the surface of coal residue and changed the physical structure and chemical structure of coal residue at the same time.The overall change trend of microstructure was: the specific surface area decreased,the total pore volume decreased,and the average pore diameter decreased;the overall change of micro groups The trend is that the proportion of aliphatic hydrocarbon decreases,the proportion of aromatic hydrocarbon increases,and the proportion of oxygen functional group decreases.Apigenin and lutein can target to capture the active groups contained in coal,form a stable state,destroy the oxidation chain reaction of coal,so as to play an effective blocking effect.Using ZRD-? type coal spontaneous combustion characteristic test system,the compound apigenin nanoemulsion materials with different proportion were optimized.The same coal sample was treated with different concentrations of apigenin.The changes of CO,CO2,CH4,C2H4,C2H6,C3H8 gas and oxygen consumption in the process of low temperature oxidation were analyzed,and the changes of spontaneous combustion tendency were compared.The best proportion of H-B group(the ratio of apigenin to lutein is 6:4)is selected,which has the best control effect on the spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal.
