According to the situation of Fankou lead-zinc mine scheduling management practice and safety production needs, establish the underground safety production scheduling management system to improve situation of underground mine safety production scheduling management and provide strong technical support for safety and high productivity of mine production.The main contents and results are as follows:(1) According to the lord ramp trackless equipments running situation, build up a ramp underground trackless equipments automatic monitoring and security scheduling system to realize automatic traffic control and make the vehicle operators in strict accordance with the normal order of traffic rule; And real-time monitor and master the dynamic distribution and work situation of ramp trackless equipments to realize the ramp trackless equipments efficiency and security, greatly improve the safety operation efficiency and management level.(2) To solve the underground transportation problems (e.g. frequent locomotive jam) and improve the safety and productivity of middle locomotive transportation, study and establish an automatic monitoring scheduling system realizing underground electric locomotive transportation operations visualization and automation management. By scheduling system, the management personnel can obtain the situation of electric locomotive work and transportation timely, and then do supporting management to ensure the efficient transportation safety.(3) According to the situation of heavily production task and gradually reducing ore grade of Fankou lead-zinc mine, take full advantage of the role of scheduling management and build up the automatic measuring and ore matching management system which can obtain automatic ore drawing and reasonable ore matching, ensure milling grade to remain in a reasonable interval, relieve the pressure of lord pit lift and save the production cost.Study and set up an automatic measuring and ore matching management system, in order to achieve a fine management ore matching, ensure that milling grade to remain in a reasonable interval, save the cost of production(4)To enhance safety management of underground miners, set up a fingerprint identification management system to realize the dynamic management of personnel information and accurate attendance.(5) Carry out the miners positioning and communication system design, thereby laying a foundation of the construction of miners scheduling management and emergency rescue system.
