As the main working part in the automobile reducer,the production quality of the gear has a decisive influence on the transmission system.Therefore,all finished gears measurement of the finished gear is very necessary to ensure its production quality and determine the transmission accuracy.In this paper,double flank gear roll tester based on the principle of double-flank meshing of gears is used for online detection of automobile reducer gears in automotive reducers,and statistical process control(SPC)theory and methods are applied to analyse gear measurement data,monitor the abnormality in the production,which maintain the stability of the gear production line.The main contents are as follows:(1)With reference to the current main measurement method of automobile gear transmission accuracy,based on the principle of gear double-flank engaging,a dynamic model of gear double-sided meshing is established and the transfer function of the meshing system is simplified.The error source of gear double-flank engaging detection technology is analyzed and the error compensation method is studied.Through Adams simulation software,a variety of tested gears and standard gear models with errors were adopted for simulation,which verified the feasibility of using the gear double-flank engage detection technology to measure the quality of automobile gear transmission.(2)According to the basic working principle of the gear double-flank engaging tester,the structural scheme of the double-layer slide type double flank gear roll tester is proposed.The components of the double-flank engagement are analyzed to clarify the functions and connections of the components.The working principle of doble flank gear roll tester and the realization method of data acquisition function are mainly studied.The motion control card,grating ruler and other components are used to build a dual-bite motion control system to realize automatic cycle measurement of batch car gears.(3)Based on the Visual Studio 2017 software development platform,C#language is used to write the double-flank engaging gear measurement software and define function modules.Therefore,the overall architecture of the measurement software is determined.On the basis of studying the data acquisition and processing method of the double flank gear roll tester,according to the determination mechanism of accuracy grade of gears,a gear measurement database is developed by using SQL Server to save the measurement data of batch gears.The gear quality management system based on SPC technology is researched for query statistics of the measurement data stored in the database.Through the 3-principle quality control limit method,the fluctuation of the gear production process is monitored to feed back the abnormal situation of the production line.the double flank gear roll tester.(4)Developed an experimental platform for double flank gear roll tester,and conducted batch testing tests on automotive gears to evaluate gear machining accuracy,collect and process gear testing data,and establish a set of SPC gear production line closed-loop monitoring systems,which can provide early warning and verification of abnormal factors on the production line.The accuracy of the double flank gear engagement theory research and the effectiveness of software error compensation have been verified by repeated measurement experiments.The efficiency of the double-flank engagement system,the accuracy of the measurement results,and the reliability of the quality management system.
