Study On Development Strategy Of Informatization Of ZM Company

Information technology is the fastest developing and most widely used high and new technology in human history.Information technology is the strongest "catalyst",which optimizes and transforms the traditional industry,effectively improves the productivity of the traditional industry,optimizes the industrial structure,and promotes the rapid transition of the industrial structure to high-tech.With the rapid development of economy and increasingly fierce competition,various industries and enterprises are transforming to the development mode of informationization and automation operation.As a key enterprise in the early coal industry,ZM company is also facing the optimization and transformation of traditional industries,and informatization development is becoming more important.ZM company should do a good job in informatization development strategy planning,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise through informatization,and take the informatization development strategy as a part of the enterprise development strategy.In this paper,relevant theories are firstly sorted out,and the competitive strategy theory,classification and common analysis methods are mainly introduced,such as Porter's Five Forces model,SWOT analysis,PEST analysis and strategic target set transformation(SST),which lays a foundation for ZM company to formulate information development strategy later.Secondly,porter's five Forces model is used to analyze five external environmental factors affecting ZM Company.And the internal environment of ZM company is analyzed.Through SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the development of information technology strategy are analyzed.Combined with the development status of ZM Company,the development objectives of ZM company's information technology strategy are formulated.Then,through two important analysis: strategic goals set(SST)process and keysuccess factors analysis(CSF),illuminates the company informatization development strategic target,the structure of information system,and puts forward the specific information system planning,mainly from the enterprise resource planning(ERP)and manufacturing execution system(e SCM)make corresponding plan.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the informatization implementation of ZM,which can ensure the better implementation of the informatization development strategy by adjusting the company's organizational structure and decision support,increasing capital investment and talent construction,promoting the scheme and evaluation system,and taking risk and prevention measures.
