TA15 alloy is a new generation of near-? titanium alloy independently developed by China.Because of its high specific strength,good creep resistance,good thermal stability and good processability,it is widely used in important industrial fields such as aerospace.However,the poor wear resistance of TA15 alloy restricts its further application.In order to change this situation,the subject will use multi-arc ion plating technology to prepare TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminates on TA15 alloy to improve its wear resistance.This topic focuses on the preparation process of TiN/TiAlSiN micro-stack.This project first designed the orthogonal test to obtain the optimal process parameters for the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-lamination prepared by multi-arc ion plating: Ti/TiAlSi target current 70/75 A,substrate bias225 V,nitrogen flow 70 sccm,single target working time 3min.SEM,EDS,XRD,AFM and other methods were used to analyze the morphological characteristics,composition structure and mechanical properties of the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-stacks prepared using the best process parameters.The wear mechanism of TA15 alloy and TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminates under different loads,speeds and temperatures was studied.The results show that the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-layers prepared under the optimal process parameters have a dense and uniform surface without defects such as cracks and voids.The thickness of the entire micro-layer is 12.6 ?m,the thickness of the Ti layer is approximately 0.9?m,and the modulation period is approximately 1?m;the main phase of the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminate is TiN phase,and also has the phase structure of AlTiN,AlN,TiAl N and Ti;the micro-Vickers hardness of the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminate is 1540.7 HV0.1,which is about the matrix 4 times;the surface roughness of the micro-laminate is 150 nm;the bonding force between the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminate and the substrate is 52.3 N,which is a good combination;friction and wear experiments show that under different conditions,the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminate The friction coefficient is smaller and more stable than the TA15 alloy matrix,and the wear rate and wear rate are greatly reduced,indicating that the TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminate has excellent wear resistance and can effectively protect the TA15 alloy.During the entire wear process,the main wear mechanisms of TiN/TiAlSiN micro-laminates are adhesive wear and oxidative wear.
