development of the oil and gas industry,my country has established the National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Co.,Ltd.to integrate all the natural gas pipelines and conduct unified deployment and integration.Management has changed the pattern of the entire natural gas market.As the carrier in the natural gas industry chain,equipment is highly dependent on equipment in production and operation,and its management level directly affects and determines the production efficiency of equipment and the economic benefits of the enterprise.Combining the inherent characteristics of LNG enterprises in the early stage,giving full play to the effectiveness of equipment quality management and providing guarantees for safe production of enterprises is an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper systematically expounds the current situation of CNOOC T company’s equipment quality management(Hereinafter referred to as T Company),and proposes the improvement methods of T company’s equipment quality management.First,explain the importance of equipment quality management theoretically,analyze the current status and problems of equipment quality management of the enterprise through scientific research methods.Secondly,Problem-oriented,explore the essence of the problem,deeply analyze the optimization of T company equipment quality management,and form a set of equipment quality management system of "clear goals,prevent problems,personnel data management,perfect system,equipment localization,continuous improvement".The main research content and results of this article are as follows:(1)Through the study on related theories of equipment quality management,absorb relevant research results from home and abroad,follow the principle of quality,and combine the seven methods of QC,fishbone diagram analysis and failure mode and consequence analysis to lay the foundation for continuous optimization of T company equipment quality management.(2)Introduce the basic status of T company equipment quality management,which has the characteristics of wide range of expertise,large regional span,and difficult operation.Compared with foreign counterparts and other domestic industries,there is still a big gap in the equipment management level of the company.It lacks a set of more advanced equipment management models suitable for the enterprise.The marketization of equipment inspection and maintenance resources makes it difficult to maintain uniformity in the process of implementing company rules and regulations,which increases the difficulty of T company’s equipment quality management.With the passage of time,some previous problems of inadequate quality management have gradually emerged and gradually expanded,which will easily cause irreparable losses to the normal operation and management of T Company in the future.(3)In view of the current status of a large number of imported equipment and equipment quality management in the initial stage of the establishment of T company,based on the fact-based decision-making method,T company summarized the deficiencies in equipment quality management,and carried out a logical analysis of information as the basis for decision-making.Through the most intuitive statistics of equipment defects and the analysis and summary of fishbone diagrams,the current problems of T company can be traced from the perspectives of personnel,equipment,systems,spare parts,and operating environment.Based on the positioning of personnel quality,equipment quality management,processes,systems,methods,many imported equipment,and spare parts management,a model of equipment quality management suitable for the company’s current situation is proposed.(4)In order to solve the current problems in the equipment quality management of T company,a series of optimization methods are summarized.Based on risk management,equipment is divided into key equipment,important equipment and general equipment according to the characteristics of equipment types,the degree of impact on production and environmental protection,and the degree of risk.Consider the entire life cycle of equipment and facilities,carry out failure mode analysis,optimize inspection and maintenance strategies,and improve equipment quality management.By optimizing the hierarchical quality management model,clarifying quality management objectives,fulfilling leadership commitments,strengthening personnel management,improving employee skills,improving equipment quality management systems,continuing to promote the process of equipment autonomy and localization,optimizing spare parts management,and standardizing on-site management to form a continuous improvement mechanism,improve equipment quality management capabilities,and provide guarantee for the implementation of quality management activities.(5)Through the implementation of QC team and integrity management,around the organization’s personnel,systems,equipment,spare parts and on-site problems,from the four dimensions of management,technology,economy,and full life cycle management,a complete equipment and facility quality integrity management system is formed,Including 1 basic system,8 management methods and 86 implementation rules.Promote the full implementation of equipment quality and integrity management,effectively improve equipment management quality,reduce losses,improve the environment,improve the quality of personnel and economic benefits,and form a continuous improvement mechanism.(6)The feasibility and operability of equipment quality management were evaluated from the perspective of personnel management and system perfection.By adopting a framework-based procurement model,promoting equipment autonomy,localization,and standardizing the benefits of on-site management,comparing the benefits before and after optimization of equipment quality management,the advantages and economics of equipment quality management were clarified.This research has certain guiding significance for companies in the same industry to optimize their equipment quality management in a timely manner.According to the company’s requirements for equipment management,the equipment quality management strategy has been deeply optimized,and a complete quality management system has been established.The equipment is operating in good condition,the cost reduction and efficiency increase are significant.The overall quality of employees was improved,and their awareness of independent maintenance was enhanced.The downstream gas customers were stable,the natural gas market continues to develop,and the competitiveness of enterprises is booming.Furthermore,it has certain practical significance for the practical application research of equipment management. |
