With the gradual increase of people's requirements for the quality of life,the deepening of consumers' cognition of enzyme preparation and the increasing of consumption power year by year,the enzyme preparation industry began to develop rapidly in China.Due to the late development of the enzyme preparation industry in China,there are few real-time monitoring systems in the enzyme preparation industry.In the fermentation industry,the biological fermentation process is very complex,which is different from physical or chemical reactions.Its unique reaction characteristics are the main factors that lead to the difficulty of fermentation.The measurement is difficult,the parameter precision is high,the fermentation model is nonlinear time-varying and the control time delay is large.Therefore,the fermentation process of enzyme preparation needs on-line monitoring and automatic control.According to the actual production situation of the fermentation process,combined with the characteristics of p H control during the fermentation process,the mathematical model of the p H control system of enzyme preparation was simulated under MATLAB environment,and the change curve of the traditional PID,SMITH and PID parallel control was compared.The experimental results show that SMITH and PID parallel control method has good performance,fast response speed,small overshoot,strong nonlinear approximation ability,and good control effect on p H value of fermentation process.The biological fermentation process is very complex.How to improve the production level and product quality is very important in the process control field.Aiming at the low real-time monitoring rate and serious waste of human resources in enzyme fermentation process,this paper designed a Win CC parameter monitoring system based on OPC UA protocol to monitor the temperature,p H,dissolved oxygen and other important environmental parameters in enzyme fermentation process.The monitoring system designed by this subject has the characteristics of good real-time performance,multi-platform openness and high security level.The OPC UA client and App monitoring system developed in this paper uploads the data collected by Win CC to the database of the cloud server,which ensures that the process monitoring data can also be saved in case of malicious attack on Win CC server,ensuring the security and reliability of the data.The test shows that the system designed in this subject has a high level of security for data storage,the App is easy to operate,the human-machine interface is friendly,and has good human-machine interaction ability and other advantages.The parameters were accurately monitored during the fermentation process,and the historical curve changed obviously,which was suitable for daily use in the factory.
