Hazardous gases produced by factories(NH3?CH4?S02 and so on)have caused serious damage to the surrounding ecological environment,and it puts a serious threat on the heath of human beings and animals and it cannot meet the requirements of the national environmental protection.Through the approaches of reducing harmful gas emissions and the real-time monitoring of chemical factory of the concentration of harmful gases so as to ensure the health of the villagers around the factories and meet the mandatory requirements of the environmental protection department,it is very necessary for chemical factories to install the corresponding monitoring system.Based on the above problems,the development of industrial monitoring system at home and abroad is studied firstly as well as the status and the system format of industrial monitoring system operationWith this basis,the monitoring system of WinCC based on configuration software is designed and realized in this paper.As the core of the configuration software,the host computer is designed to achieve the human-computer interactive interface of the monitoring layer(System login interface,Monitor main interface,Transfinite alarm interface and Archive interface).Factory monitoring personnel Through inputing work number and password,the monitoring staff in the factories can log in the monitoring system.It is very convenient to acquire the real-time gas concentration data through the monitoring main interface.When the harmful gas concentration exceeds the set value,the system will generate alarm.In addition,monitoring staffs can also check the historical data of gas concentration through archive interface.In this paper,OPC technology is used to build a bridge between WinCC and ARM data communication and establishes the OPC server KepServer.With the data exchange channel built by the KepServer,WinCC can access the server variables of KepServer directly.The lower computer considers the ARM board as the core.the sensor selection,data acquisition,and circuit design are identified in this paper.This paper defines the communication protocol,by programming in keil platform and realizes ARM drive sensor module so as to acquire data,and the interface between the arm and the host computer communication.The system combines WinCC,OPC with LPC2132 and completes the system test.The results of the test show that the monitoring system can achieve the intended function,and it can display gas concentration data dynamically.It will alarm when the gas concentration is high.The system realizes the communication and monitoring of the three layer structure of the industrial monitoring system.It enjoys the advantages of powerful function,friendly man-machine interface,low cost and high reliability as well as the realistic value and promotional value.
