In the actual production process,some faults often occur in the package equipment of Shifang cigarette factory.After the fault occurs,the existing detection device of the equipment can not judge that the fault has occurred at the first time,and then control the automatic shutdown of the equipment.This situation will not only make the problem products caused by the fault flow into the next process,but also make the equipment run abnormally,resulting in continuous consumption of raw and auxiliary materials and constant wear and tear of the equipment.At the same time,after the fault is found,a large number of problem products need to be handled manually,and a lot of time is spent to clean and recover the equipment,It greatly affects the normal production and reduces the production efficiency.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the cigarette outlet,the beginning of the elevator,the bag pull wire and the small bag pull wire to set up the detection device respectively,and uses PLC to connect to the existing equipment to form a stable diagnosis of common faults of the winding equipment detection system,so that when the fault occurs,the corresponding equipment can be controlled.Firstly,this paper analyzes and diagnoses the characteristics of cigarette making equipment.Taking YJ17 cigarette making machine,yf17 elevator and GD series small bag machine as examples,the paper studies the function characteristics and work flow of each equipment,analyzes the existing abnormal state monitoring methods and key fault parts of cigarette making equipment,and determines the common faults according to the actual production records.Secondly,the functions and processes of each system are designed,and the cigarette outlet,the starting position of the elevator,the pulling wire position of the bag and the pulling wire position of the small bag are analyzed to determine the detection mode.At the same time,the image recognition module is mainly studied,including the image features of cigarette arrangement,the detection algorithm of cigarette arrangement,and the image preprocessing and matching,And the realization of recognition algorithm on DSP.Finally,the hardware selection is completed,the connection between each detection module and PLC is realized,and the design is verified.The results show that the reasonable transformation design of the control system meets the design requirements of the overall scheme.
