Research And Application Of Water System Optimization Technology In Refining And Chemical Enterprises

With the requirements of government’s energy-saving and water-saving management and control becoming more stringent,the domestic refining and chemical company will have more pressures and challenges.The CNPC‘s branch companyshave a big challenge in the water-saving.First of all,according to the“12th Five-Year Plan”,the refining and chemical enterprisesshouleundertake the task of saving water of 49.85 million cubic meters which is about 50%of the total target..The fresh water consumption of processing per ton crude oil should be reduced from 0.65m~3 in 2010 to below than 0.5m~3in 2015;Secondly,with the increasing emphasis on water-saving work,the conventional single water-saving technology has been widely used,and it has become more difficult to finish water-saving potential.Meanwhile,most of the refining and chemical enterprises are located in the northesast and northwest area,The water is lack,It is very useful that water system optimizationaturalin our ompany.Water balance test is an effective method for scientific management ofenterprisesand it is also the core of saving water for enterprises.The keypoint is that we fully understand the status of the water pipeline network with test,the status of water consumption of each department(unit)and draw a water balance map.Based on the measured water quantity data,we can find out the water balance relationship and reasonable level of waterusing,We can take corresponding measures to explore the potential of water conservation and achieve the purpose of strengthening water management and improving the ability.The study on water balance data fitting and correction method,the water system optimization method and model of refining and chemical enterprise were established,meanwhile the“water balance test and water saving optimization analysis software”was developed,;The water systemoptimization analysis was completed for obtaining the maximum water saving potential.In this paper,the water balance test and the optimization scheme of various water systems are analyzed,Including the existing,new and retrofitted unilt.After the implementation of all water-saving proposals,the water consumption of the existing unit can be reducedfrom 0.79t water/t oil to 0.5 t water/t oil.
