Lately but rapidly,the polymer oil driven processing,a new tertiary oil recovery technology exploded in recent decade,has been one of the main methods for increasing oil recovery gain rate in the old or middle age's oil fields of our country.Different from the water injection processing,the polymer injection processing is a sophisticate system engineering,which has great investment and high expenditure for running.Ensuring of the efficiency and continuing of the polymer injection is the key to implement the polymer oil driven processing,also is the guarantee and premise to acquire better effect ions of oil driven.The most important device for this processing is polymer injection pump.Injection pumps presence of applications in the field of mechanical shear on the viscosity of the polymer solution of the problem of excessive degradation.Based on the traditional plunger pump,this paper has extensively understood the structural characteristics of existing products at home and abroad.The article analyzes the properties of polymer mother liquor as the starting point,and optimizes the basic performance index and structural parameters of the injection pump.We have optimized the material,valve block structure,and combined with the flow properties of the polymer mother liquor to carry out structural design of the hydraulic end flow channel,liquid cylinder,pump valve and other components of the polymer injection pump.The measures to improve the viscosity retention and reliability of the injection pump are summarized.Final prototype,indoor and field trials and product serialization were completed.The designed injection pump has compact structure,small volume,low viscosity loss rate and reliable performance.The field application shows that the polymer pump meets the requirements of high pressure conveying injection of non-Newtonian viscoelastic fluid,which can effectively avoid mechanical shearing of the medium.Under normal working conditions,the polymer mother liquor viscosity degradation ?3%,to achieve continuous,reliable injection in the field,providing a reliable equipment for the promotion and application of the injection polymerization process.
