The Mi38 block of Shen Mu gas field is characterized by large construction area,low gas well distribution and scattered distribution.It is located in mountainous area with fragmented topography.If a large-scale treating plant is built,the investment is high and it is difficult to meet the treatment demand of low gas production at the initial stage,so small-scale natural gas treating plants should be built in different blocks.In this paper,taking trial production area of Mi38 block in Shen Mu gas field as the project background,the research is carried out according to the modular integration thought.Based on the process optimization,equipment research and development,process innovation,and taking into account the convenience of maintenance and operation,it realizes the miniaturization and intellectualization of the plant and reduces the land occupation of the treating plant by"summarizing,perfecting,optimizing and upgrading".And solve the contradiction between rapid and effective development of gas fields and natural social conditions.Through process optimization and innovation,equipment optimization and type selection,modular integration and safety analysis,the 16 functional units of conventional treating plant are merged and optimized into 9 types of modular units,mainly including gas collection and treatment device,integrated device of produced water treatment,integrated device of water supply,integrated device of fire protection,integrated device of produced water reinjection,integrated device of heating,air compression and purification,nitrogen production,35 k V container substation and electronic control.The modular integrated technology of 150×10~4m~3/d natural gas treating plant has been formed by the integrated equipment of plant.The technology has been successfully applied to Jiaxian Natural Gas Treating Station.Compared with the conventional natural gas treating plant,the area occupied by the plant is saved by 51.2%.It meets the demand of rapid and effective development of natural gas in the trial production area of Mi38 block,reduces the area occupied by the treating plant and the investment of the project,reduces the staffing,shortens the construction period and forms the Modular design and construction technology for the whole process of gathering,transportation and processing in well site,gas gathering station and treating plant coverage in Chang Qing gas field.The results can be applied to the design and construction of similar natural gas treating plants,and have broad application prospects.
