The modular design including the technology of module divide and module combination and the standardization about to module interface. The module partition and module combination are studied what are based on the indepth study about to the modular design and QFD principle and AD. So that the QFD_AD integration model is put forward and apply to the modular design method. The main content of this paper are as follows:(1) The currenting situation and the existing problems of modular design method, QFD and AD have been depth study.(2) Making a deep research about to the core concept of technology of QFD and analysis model, especially system house model, meanwhile the AD framework are studied. So the QFD_AD integrated model is put forward and apply to the modular design method.(3) The fuzzy clustering method and the similarity theory are introduced to module partition. The concept of module fitness is proposed based on the F_mathematical statistics and module nearness. The module fitness can be use to determine the best composite threshold valueλ, and get a reasonable module partition results.(4) The modular design method what based on the QFD_AD integrated modle is applied to the double column longmen vertical, and have get the module partition results about to longmen grinder. The ANSYS analysis software is use to analysis the large parts of longmen grinder, purposing to provide theory basis to improve the design of the longmen grinder.
