In the past ten years,with the development of network technology,major oil companies such as BP,Shell,and Exxon have launched information strategy programs.In China,the oil fields of CNPC and Sinopec have gradually accelerated the pace of information construction.This paper comes from the actual project of Dong Xin oil production plant of Shengli Oilfield,Sinopec.Since the establishment of the Dongxin Oil Production Plant in 1986,it has entered the development period of extra high water content(water content exceeding 90%)after more than 30 years of mining and the tapping space is getting smaller and smaller.In recent years,oil production plants are becoming more and more difficult to stabilize production due to the influence of investment,cost,development management,and information construction.As a subordinate enterprise of Sinopec,with the advancement of information technology,we can achieve the goal of stable production only by improving the production process management and production monitoring and early warning of the oil production plant.This paper will focus on Dongxin Oil Production Plant,aiming at improving production monitoring and early warning levels,reforming the original model,designing and implementing a production monitoring and early warning system for oil production plants.This paper uses Rational Rose as a modeling tool for system analysis and modeling,It using hypertext preprocessor,Java EE technology,Oracle database,and My Eclipse as development tools.Firstly the status of production monitoring and early warning of existing oil production plants is analyzed in this Paper.Based on the feasibility analysis of the system,the case diagram method was used to analyze the basic functions of the system,and a certain number of associated use case diagrams are drawn,and the functional requirements of the system are clearly stated.The paper has a detailed module flow design and algorithm description for the three functional modules of demand: user information management,production process monitoring,and output fluctuation warning.At the same time,the actual needs of the database are studied and analyzed,the basic structure of the database is designed,and the data table is planned and designed.Finally,according to the basic process of the system design and implementation,the interface structure diagram of each functional module is displayed.
