Research On Sealing Test And Adjustment Technology Of Concentric Water Distributor

With the deepening of oilfield development,water injection is still the main development method to supplement formation energy,achieve stable production and improve oil recovery.However,the original layered water injection tools and matching testing technology have some problems,such as difficulty in fishing,heavy workload and low efficiency.Therefore,It is necessary to study the water injection tools and matching testing technology,design a new water distribution tool,and improve the testing technology level on the basis of ensuring the existing fine water injection target unchanged.Based on the current situation of water injection technology and testing technology,a new type of water injection tool,concentric water distributor,is studied and designed.The strength of main components is checked by ANSYS software,and the flow field of concentric water distributor is simulated and analyzed.On the basis of concentric water distributor,this paper studies and designs the matching concentric sealing technology and concentric measuring and regulating technology,formulates the process flow and specifications,and finally combines with the actual application in the field,carries out the effect analysis through data acquisition,confirms the feasibility and practicability of the design.Concentric water distributor and matching concentric sealing technology and concentric testing and regulation technology can effectively reduce the times of fishing,improve the success rate of sealing and distribution test,reduce labor intensity,save production and development costs,in order to further optimize the water injection scheme,improve the accuracy rate of single layer water injection,improve the efficiency and qualified rate of stratified water injection.It provides effective and reliable technology to improve the effect of fine water injection,and provides a new feasible scheme for water injection development of oilfields.
