Dagang Oilfield is a typical multi-layer, non homogeneous complex fault block reservoir.Reservoir is in different depth, complicated pressure system. The main entry has been in the middle late stage of water flooding, after forty years of development.Interlayer contradiction and the difference of water have become increasingly prominent, at present 80% yield depends on water flooding in development and production. Layered water injection as the main means of fine development of oil field, matching process is very difficult. The oilfield injection technology of the north central part is backward; Southern oilfield injection process simple, cannot satisfy multi-layer demand for oil field development, southern well depth, high pressure, supporting tools to meet the demand. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, a series of key technologies are carried out to form a series of sub-injection technology for different pressure systems in the field of the big oil field.The first is the introduction of the application and improve the matching of the bridge eccentric injection with measurement and adjustment of the linkage technology.The second is that it carry out the concentric double tube, piezoelectric control switch, concentric bridge and a number of new technology research and experimental application to obtain initial results for the system of high pressure oil injection.The third is the development of supporting software and downhole tools, research and development of multi pressure system to the standard of oil reservoir. The standard of injection pipe string, improve the application level. The mathematical model for the calculation of the stress and deformation of the underground pipe string is established, and the optimum matching and matching of the sub-injection tools are formed.Through the research of this project, we have solved many problems that restrict the injection of the oil field, and improve the technical level of the oil field.
