Nowadays,eccentric distribution pipe technology is widely used in most oil fields.Eccentric water injection technology played a decisive role to improve the efficiency of oil extraction at the beginning.But underground situation is more complex,There are well inclination,fouling scaling,interlayer interference and other serious problems in injection wells with oil extraction.Eccentric water injection technology exposed a lot of problems in the process of using,such as large measuring error,the number of fling and pulling,complex process and low efficiency.Eccentric injection and measurement technology cannot meet the requirements of production at present.But concentric water flood technology can well solve the eccentric injection and achieve smaller separate interval.So this thesis proposes a adjusting while measuring system in concentric water injection technology.First,the analysis of the basic advantages of concentric injection process on concentric water craft measurement conditioning system is proposed in this thesis and gives the overall scheme of the system,including system hardware and software design solutions.This system mainly includes 3 parts:data acquisition circuit of down-hole instrument,the ground control system and the communication circuit.Down-hole instrument circuit is based on ADuC832,integrated temperature,pressure and flow rate signal conditioning acquisition circuit,communication circuit,motor drive circuit and the power supply management circuit.It can sample and transport the pressure,temperature and flow rate signal actually and through control motor nozzle regulation to achieve precise injection water and a well repeated injection of task.The ground controller with C8051f020 as the core,including communication circuit,power management circuit,realizes the transfer of down-hole data with the host computer command.Communication circuit is a coaxial cable as a transmission medium,a DC source as the carrier,using 2FSK baseband signal modulation and demodulation chip design combined XR2211D FSK signal transmission circuit to ensure reliable interactivity down-hole and surface controller.Finally verify the function of each part of the system and the results consistent with the expected beginning of the scheme.Calibration of temperature,pressure and flow rate signal acquisition circuit accuracy to meet the design requirements.The design achieves accurate water injection.Solve the low efficiency,high strength and long period of testing caused by the frequently adjusting of water nuzzle.The system achieved the integration of testing,adjusting and measuring.The system has been put into use.
