In recent years,a large number of low permeability and low productivity oil fields have entered the development stage in China.However,for heavy oil Wells and Wells with insufficient liquid supply in the middle and late stage,conventional rod production technology has many problems,such as tubing loss,plunger sticking,sand production and so on.At the same time the sucker rod fracture and stuck pump problem is serious.To this end,in the field has been tried on the basis of the intelligent lift pumping unit lifting technology.A new type of long stroke non-pump barrel lifting oil recovery was developed.It works with surface power equipment,wellhead seals and related downhole tools.It can greatly improve the stroke,reduce sand stuck,and can increase production and efficiency.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the long-stroke oil recovery technology commonly used in China are analyzed.Then aiming at the shortcomings of the current lifting technology of the intelligent pumping unit,an ultra-long stroke non-barrel lifting oil production process system is improved.According to the overall system process requirements and operating parameters.The ground drive system,wellhead seal system and underground pumping subsystem are designed respectively.For the ground driving system,power and transmission system design,gas storage balance design and mechanical automatic reversing design are done respectively.The ground motion analysis,load analysis and balance analysis are done by MATLAB.For the wellhead sealing system,the wellhead sealing device is designed,and using the Solid Works to draw a 3d model.The assembly engineering drawings were drawn by CAD.Then the main size of the device is designed and calculated.Wellhead sealing performance simulation was carried out with ANSYS Workbench,and the results showed that the sealing device met the sealing requirements.A new type of underground pumping device is developed for underground pumping subsystem.Build 3d models.The design calculation and force analysis of the key structure of the pump are carried out.The mathematical model of the pump under impact load is established.Simulate the center bar under the maximum impact load.The results show that the center bar meets the requirements.Fluent was used for simulation analysis of the leakage of the pump under different pressure differences.Under ideal conditions,the maximum leakage of the pump still meets the discharge requirements.The motion performance of the pump was analyzed.It is concluded that the stroke of the pump should be less than the degree of submergence.The law curve of recovery of oil production level is obtained.It has important guiding significance for the rational determination of swabbing parameters.
