It was of great practical significance to study how to analyze the energy consumption and efficiency of each node of pumping unit well production system in real time,with taking practical measures,in order to improve the operating efficiency of pumping unit well and reduce the production cost and energy consumption of oil field.Based on the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the beam pumping unit well,the efficiency model and energy consumption simulation model of each sub-node of the production system were studied,and the evaluation system of the profile of wellbore energy consumption and the macroscopic control diagram of energy consumption was established;three models of prediction of input power by back propagation neural network,application of time sequence and combined difference method were established,based on production dynamic monitoring data;Based on the energy transfer characteristics and balance effects of upper and lower stroke of pumping Wells,and introducing the power transmission ratio of oil well,a new theoretical calculation model of ground efficiency based on historical data mining was established,with simplifing cumbersome parameters in theoretical calculation;the finite element simulation models of pipe,rod,pump and motor were established,based on the sensitivity analysis of influencing factors of energy consumption,the energy loss characteristics of tubing and sucker rod in downhole fluid motion are analyzed,and it was described that the microstructure of fluid flow around valve ball by the dynamic grid of UDF.The microcosmic laws were analyzed,which meant flow and energy loss in the clearance annulus flow field superimposed by the mainstream pressure difference velocity and the shear flow velocity.These aimed to verify the macroscopic law of the theoretical model;structural sensitivity analysis of typical motor simulation model by Ansoft,and the sensitivity factor analysis were helpful to improve the performance of the motor;The system of ‘energy consumption calculation,analysis and evaluation of pumping unit well node’ was developed,based on Visual Basic and Matlab.Based on the calculation and analysis of 23 Wells in G management unit,the average relative error of ground input power and downhole optical rod power in the sub-node energy consumption model was 11.68% and 8.61%,respectively;the average relative error of the input power of the new model was 9.51%,with good accuracy,compared with that of the traditional empirical model,the accuracy of the new model was 1.62 percentage points higher than it,and3.18 percentage points higher than that of the sub-node computing model;Three of the Wells were in the management area,and some Suggestions on energy saving management were given.In addition,taking real time data of 32 Wells in X injection and production station as an example,It was proved that those methods was feasible,whose average relative errors were respectively 8.53%,4.58% and 4.70%,which included back propagation neural network,application of time sequence and combined.The research results could provide theoretical basis and technical support for oilfield intelligent construction,real-time energy consumption analysis and energy saving and consumption reduction management.
