Epoxy resin has been widely applied in corrosion resistance field due to its advantages of small curing shrinkage,high bonding strength and corrosion resistance.However,pure epoxy is prone to yellowing,brittleness,cracking in the environment of ultraviolet light and humidy.Therefore,the effect of shape and content of aluminum powder on tensile strength,wear and anti-UV aging and hydrothermal aging resistance properties of composites was studied in this paper.The results are as follows:(1)Tensile strength of composites with 3wt.%flake aluminum powder was 45.0 MPa,50.5%higher than that of pure epoxy,and average friction coefficient of the composites was 0.215,lower than that of the pure by 47.2%.Tensile strength of composites with 6wt.%spherical aluminum powder was 64.5 MPa,higher than that of pure epoxy by 115.7%,and average friction coefficient was 0.230,43.5%lower than that of the pure.When composites contained the same content of aluminum powder,the tensile strength of composites with spherical aluminum powder was higher than that of composites with flake aluminum powder,but as for the wear resistance,the former was inferior to the latter;(2)After water-heating aging,diffusion coefficient and saturated water absorption rate of composites with 3wt.%flake aluminum powder were reduced by 23.0%and 6.23%,respectively,and tensile strength loss rate of the composites was decreased by 91.9%,compared with pure epoxy;diffusion coefficient and saturation water,absorption rate of composites with 6wt.%spherical aluminum powder were decreased by 3.14%and 7.32%,respectively,and tensile strength loss rate was decreased by 72.0%,compared with pure epoxy.The water-heating resistance properties of composites with flake aluminum powder were better than that of composites with spherical aluminum powder,when composites were added with the same content of aluminum powder;.(3)After UV aging,compared with pure epoxy,the yellowing value of composites with 4wt.%flake aluminum powder and composites with 8wt.%spherical aluminum powder were decreased by 91.5%and 88.7%,respectively;tensile strength loss rate of composites added with 3wt.%flake aluminum was 87.3%lower than that of pure epoxy,and the tensile strength loss rate of composites with 6wt.%spherical aluminum powder was 72.7%lower than that of the pure.When composites contained the same content of aluminum powder,the anti-UV aging properties of composites with flake aluminum powder were better than that of composites with spherical aluminum powder.
