The atomization effect of liquid medium has important influence on the performance of electrostatic spray,electrostatic spray makes droplets distribution more uniform,and has obvious improving effect of uniformity and adsorption on the target.This technology is widely used in pollution,electrostatic printing,the meteorological experiment,pesticide spraying,etc.In view of the present analysis of electrostatic atomization process at home and abroad,commonly only a single physical field and ignore other field is considered,the function of cone under the action of the several jet atomization and sedimentary characteristics of the research is not enough in-depth,in order to analyze the electrostatic voltage and electrode gap on the deposition characteristics of charged droplet,the main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Based on the electrostatic spray process,involving the air flow field,space field and space field mist,analyzed the coupling mechanism between three field,and according to their respective influence factors of atomized,qualitatively analyzed the influence on the atomization process.(2)Using FLUENT simulation software under the action of the multiple field coupling cone jet flow model for the simulation calculation,analyzed the influence of multiple field on electrostatic atomization characteristic,provided a reference for the analysis of electrostatic spray field coupling mechanism.(3)Analyzed the electrostatic voltage and electrode gap in electrostatic spray of charged droplet deposition characteristics,got the influence of the electrostatic voltage and electrode gap on grain size,sedimentary area,deposition density distribution,obtained in voltage for 50 to 60 KV,electrode spacing around 195mm-225 mm,the atomizing effect is the best,which provides the theoretical foundation for improving the deposition efficiency.(4)Making electrostatic oiler as the research object,the particle size distribution and atomization angle as the main evaluation index of spraying atomization quality,studied the influence law of voltage and electrode gap on the atomization effect.The results show that when the voltage is about 60 KV,the spraying quality is the best.
