In recent years,the scale of pipeline construction has continued to increase,and pipeline transportation has become the fifth largest transportation industry in China.Before pipelines are put in place,steel pipelines must undergo anti-corrosion construction to prevent corrosion and cracking,which are caused by pipeline damage and other reasons.The damage of long-distance pipelines will cause oil and gas leakage.In order to avoid the failure of the anti-corrosion layers,researches and optimization of pipeline anti-corrosion technologies and processes are important to better improve the effect of the pipeline,extend the pipeline service life,and increase the economic benefits of the enterprise significance.During prefabrication and construction of buried long-distance crude oil insulation pipelines,the best ambient temperature is between-5°C and 30°C.When the medium is transported,the temperature generally does not exceed 100°C.At this point,the material properties and manufacturing process are the best.State,and long-term use performance is relatively stable and reliable.As an anti-corrosion and thermal insulation material,polyethylene is very sensitive to temperature.When the temperature is lower than-20°C,polyethylene will produce low-temperature cold shrinkage,resulting in reduced mechanical properties;construction at a low temperature of-50°C will cause weak bonding,The overall performance of the patch is poor,and it is difficult to repair after cracking.This article mainly takes the Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline second-line pipeline anti-corrosion and thermal insulation project(ambient temperature-45°C?50°C)as an example,analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the problem,and formulates corresponding solutions.Through the pipeline anti-corrosion and thermal insulation construction environment,measures and the design and optimization of material selection and other aspects,this paper puts forward effective measures to extend the service life of pipelines,ensure safe transportation,and save energy and reduce consumption.Through reasonable planning of the overall plan,analysis of the entire construction process,this paper establishes a construction mode that meets the requirements of the low temperature environment and classifies the construction process control.Through experiments and analysis of important test data,combined with the requirements of the polyethylene index in cold countries such as Northern Europe and Canada and the requirements of the construction technical index of the project,it is verified that the optimized anti-corrosion and heat preservation construction technology proposed in the paper,which can improve the insulation and resistance of the pipeline.The good effects of technical indicators such as strength and shrinkage resistance can effectively improve the quality of anti-corrosion and insulation and project management,successfully solve the construction problems of anti-corrosion and insulation engineering of the second route of Sino-Russian trans-boarder oil pipeline,and promote the further development of pipeline anti-corrosion and insulation technology in China.The research results of this paper can provide references for solving the cracking problem of large-diameter anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipelines under low temperature conditions,and are of great significance for improving the prefabrication and construction level of long-distance oil and gas pipelines in China under low temperature environments.
