Detection and correction are the last procedure before manuscript printing,and according to many printing parameters detected in manuscripts during this process,whether the requirements of printing are met can be determined.The manuscripts which do not conform to the requirements of printing shall be corrected,so as to avoid errors in the stage of printing.Therefore,this process is the research focus and difficulty in the field of printing.Currently,there are following difficulties in the field of detection and correction before printing: few detection items of the manuscript,low degree of accuracy,nonsupport of correcting the error items of the manuscript or other write-in operation,failure to realize automation during the process of detection and correction,manual processing of every manuscript,inefficient manual verification algorithm for manuscript processing results and stand-alone processing unsuitable for large-scale printing scenarios.In order to solve the above difficulties,this paper determines the manuscript detection items and specification related to printing,manuscript correction items and specification,demands for the detection and correction before printing,presort of manuscripts,parameter setting,result verification processing,detection result display,status display of system operation,large-scale distributed cluster processing and distributed cluster management with printing staffs and engineers.Secondly,this paper explains the core algorithm modules of this system,including manuscript detection algorithm,manuscript correction algorithm,auxiliary algorithm module,manuscript presort algorithm,processing result verification algorithm,module automatic update algorithm,design of front-end display interface and experimental evidence and abnormal processing for the above algorithms in details and finally realizes the comprehensive automation of manuscript detection and correction and verification of detection results.Besides,this paper also describes the design and realization of distributed cluster algorithm,including distributed cluster processing algorithm,distributed disaster recovery algorithm,distributed load balancing algorithm,log management and abnormal management module and manuscript sorting and output module,realizes the high throughput of processing manuscripts and improves the robustness of the whole system through distributed cluster management.Finally,this system has been deployed in factories,and large-scale manuscript processing experiment and database network load experiment were carried out to verify the reliability,efficiency and stability of the system;besides,docked with other automatic processes of manuscript printing successfully,this system supports the relocation of manuscript detection and correction before printing to cloud and has been put into production after passing the commercial test.
