In the industrial digital era,in order to get through the data flow between design and production,shorten the design and production cycle,and intelligent design technology with integration and automation as the main characteristics can realize the standardization and process of the whole design process,has gradually become the mainstream of electrical design.In view of the previous CAD symbol-oriented design method,a set of component-oriented intelligent design method is given by taking the ?50mm punch control system as an example.The main work of this paper is as follows:In this paper,the design process of the control system optimized by traditional and ESIA is compared and introduced and elaborates the advantages of the optimized design process from the two aspects of schematic design and3 D layout.Then,the digital twin expression concept of virtual-real mapping in the digital prototype environment during 3D layout is introduced.Through the optimized design process,two-dimensional schematic design is carried out for the electronic control system of the punch machine(including the design of the main circuit and control loop of the punch machine and the extension machine,the main PLC design and the system distribution design,etc.).On the basis of the schematic design,the twin model was modeled in the virtual prototype through the linkage of two and three dimensions,and the 3D layout and wiring and the selection of refrigeration equipment of the control system were completed.The designed twin cabinet model was imported into ANSYS simulation software for the secondary opening processing of the model.The FEM method is used to simulate and analyze the shielding effectiveness in the near field of the shielding body under different hole spacing,aperture,shape and array,which provides theoretical guidance for the drilling specification of the cooling hole array of the control cabinet during on-site assembly.This article is based on the specific punch electronic control system on the engineering practice,for example provides a complete set of design scheme of parts for hub to establish the design of the system not only for the whole value chain provides a more precise technical support,but also the whole life cycle in the process of research and development,manufacture and service and operational links to connect,make all business units can be coordinated and orderly production,It has a certain guiding significance in the application of intelligent design concept and engineering practice research.
