Study On General Layout Plan Design And Optimizing Method For Coal Enterprise's Project Field

This paper elaborates the principle, the duty and the request of general layout of the coal enterprise's project field , and character of the coal enterprise general layout plan, analyzing primary factors that affected the general layout, and then take the actual project as the example to introduce the method of an application system arranged in the optimized design to the coal enterprise general layout plan. And the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation is also adopted to select the best one in all of those plans.This paper contains four parts:The first part states the coal industry development background from the domestic and overseas, and expounds the content and significance of the coal enterprise general layout plan.The second part has made the key analysis to the theory of the coal enterprise general layout plan. In this part, the character, the principle and the content of the coal enterprise general layout plan are introduced, and emphatically analyzed primary factor which affects the arrangement of the general layout plan of coal enterprise's project field.The third part introduces the Systematic Layout Planning, and takes the actual project as the example to introduce how to use this method to design the general layout plan of the coal enterprise's project field in detail.The fourth part utilizes the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation to make the optimal appraisal to design proposal, in order to chose the best one and put it to practical application more scientific and reasonable.
