As an important cutting tool,circular saw blade is widely used in the processing of stone and other materials.However,the circular saw blade is prone to vibration and noise due to external excitation during the cutting process.Severe vibration will affect the circular saw blade.The dynamic performance,noise will also bring great harm.In order to reduce the vibration and noise problems during the operation of the circular saw blade,this research group has developed a new type of sound-absorbing composite saw blade,which dissipates the vibration energy through the contact vibration and friction between the internal damping joint and the saw blade substrate to achieve.The purpose of vibration reduction and noise reduction.However,the vibration reduction and noise reduction performance of the damping and noise reduction composite saw blade has not yet reached the best.In order to explore the vibration reduction and noise reduction mechanism of the damping joint circular saw blade and improve the performance of the circular saw blade vibration reduction and noise reduction,this paper uses a new type of noise reduction.The ball-plane damping joint on the composite saw blade is the research object.Under the macro-mesoscopic scale,the energy consumption characteristics of the damping joint are studied from the perspective of vibration,and the vibration and noise reduction mechanism of the damped circular saw blade is further improved.The optimal design of the similar damping and noise reduction composite saw blade provides a theoretical basis.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical calculation analysis and simulation to analyze the kinematic characteristics of the damping joint under the combined action of normal preload and tangential harmonic load;coupling hysteresis effect,adhesive friction behavior,and fractal of contact surface.The model analyzes the vibration energy consumption characteristics of the damping joint;according to the results of the theoretical analysis,the factors affecting the vibration energy consumption are simulated and simulated,and the law of influence of different factors on the energy consumption characteristics of the damping joint is obtained.The simulation analysis results show that as the length of the non-slip zone increases,the excitation frequency corresponding to the tangential peak energy consumption gradually increases,while the corresponding tangential peak energy consumption gradually decreases;as the excitation amplitude increases.The excitation frequency corresponding to the tangential peak energy consumption remains unchanged,while the corresponding tangential peak energy consumption gradually increases;while the fractal dimension and fractal roughness affect the energy dissipation characteristics and their influence on the mechanics.The influence law of the characteristics is the same,and the influence of the tangential relative displacement on the energy dissipation characteristics is different due to the different deformation of the asperity.The vibration and noise reduction characteristics of damped circular saw blades are explained from the perspective of fretting energy consumption of damping joints;the results of theoretical analysis and simulation analysis have important guiding significance for the preparation and optimization of damping and noise reduction composite saw blades.
