At present,the demand for copper in China is gradually rising,especially the demand for refined copper and the quality requirements of refined copper are getting higher and higher.At present,the production efficiency of electrolytic copper is seeking a breakthrough,and the copper starting electrode piece is an important part of copper electrolytic refining,and the suspension degree of the copper starting electrode piece directly affects the efficiency and quality of the production of electrolytic copper,and the reshaping of the copper starting electrode piece is one of the major difficulties that the electrolytic copper industry needs to solve.The existing way of shaping the copper electrode sheet and even through artificial flapping for shaping,although the effect is good,but the labor intensity of its workers,low efficiency has become the bottleneck of large-scale production enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade and optimize the existing shaping technology of copper starting plate.In view of the shaping problem of copper starting plate,this paper theoretically explored the research status of the elastoplastic forming and embossing of metal sheet,compared with the existing shaping technology,put forward the copper starting plate embossing and then artificial flapping shaping scheme.According to the manual flapping method,a floating support point flapping method was proposed.According to the principle of flapping and shaping,a three-dimensional model of copper starting pole flapping and shaping machine was designed and drawn by using Solid Edge software.After the design of the flapping shaping machine was completed,the flapping process of the flapping shaping machine was simulated by using DEFORM-3D plastic forming finite element software,and the stress-strain law at different flapping positions was obtained.According to the three-dimensional design model of the flapping shaping machine,the experimental prototype was manufactured,and the actual flapping shaping test was carried out on the copper starting pole plate according to the simulation flapping mode,and the feasibility of the flapping mode was verified.It is found that the bending degree of the empressed copper starting plate is greatly improved by flapping and shaping,and the drape is concentrated in 7mm,which can meet the production needs of enterprises.At the same time,the experiment also verified the feasibility of embossing before flapping shaping technology in practical application,which can improve the production efficiency of copper electrolysis refining enterprises.
