With the development of the economy and the progress of the society,the demand for phosphorus resources is constantly increasing,and the main source of phosphorus resources is phosphate ore,as an important phosphorus chemical raw material,widely used and irreplaceable.Although it has been transformed from the early extensive mining to today's environmental protection mining,it is inevitable that the easy phosphate ore has gradually disappeared,and the vast majority of the remaining is medium and low grade collophanite,which has complex components and is closely combined with associated minerals,and difficult to separate,in sharp contrast to the growing demand.Therefore,the implementation of green mining and sustainable utilization of phosphate ore is related to the stability of the society and the happiness of the people.Since fatty acids and their derivatives are used as collectors of colloidal phosphate ore flotation,both positive and negative separation can be used,and the source is wide and the price is low,which has been the focus of flotation workers' research.In order to meet the severe situation of mineral processing,it is necessary to improve the flotation efficiency.Based on certain acidification oil as raw material,this paper synthesized a kind of modified hydroxy-phosphonic fatty acid collector,Haikou region of Yunnan province in a low and medium grade calcium silicon-collophane flotation experiment research,and the laboratory existing sulfo fatty acid collector and hydroxyl fatty acid collector for comparison,examines three collector flotation performance and chelating agent with homemade calcium magnesium composite applications,select the most suitable collector,finally explores the collector and the mechanism of the mineral.Specific research results are as follows:(1)To acidification oil as raw material and modified,get a kind of containing phosphonic and hydroxy fatty acids collector ZQ-2,through to the intermediate epoxy value determination,and apatite recovery rate as the index of synthesis of the single mineral flotation collector ZQ-2,carries on the preliminary performance evaluation research in the synthesis process of the collector of the reference of each reactant,synthesis temperature and synthesis time,determine the optimum condition for synthesis of collector,and there was determined by the IR characterization of hydroxy,phosphine and carbonyl groups.(2)By means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray fluorescence spectrum(XRF)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),the study on process mineralogy of actual ore samples shows that the mineral is medium and low grade siliceous-calcareous collophanite,the main useful mineral is fluorapatite,and the main gangue mineral is quartz,dolomite and clay mineral.(3)In order to solve the problem of high tailings grade,the performance of the synthetic collector was verified by combining with the self-made calcium and magnesium chelating agent,and the most suitable collector for this mineral was screened out.The results of normal roughing were better than that of typical oleic acid collector.The single factor test was optimized by response surface method,and the optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: the dosage of sodium carbonate was 3.0 kg/t,sodium hexametaphosphate was 2.1 kg/t,collector was 1.68 kg/t,sodium hexametaphosphate was 0.09 kg/t,calcium and magnesium chelating agent was 0.09kg/t.According to the optimization results,closed-circuit flotation test was carried out,and a single positive flotation process was adopted to carry out the process with "one coarse,one fine and one sweep".The flotation indexes of phosphorus concentrate grade was 27.35%,recovery rate was 88.48% and phosphorus tailings grade was 3.6% were obtained by simulating the piecework dosage in the factory.(4)Through single mineral flotation,zeta potential,contact Angle,ir and other analytical methods to the collector and the mechanism of the mineral exploration,the results showed that the dosage of collector in 20 g/L,when p H is about 9,contact Angle reaches maximum,95.1 °,the mineral hydrophobic highest,more conducive to flotation.When the p H is about 4-6,it is more conducive to the separation of dolomite and apatite,and when the p H is about 9,it is more conducive to the separation of quartz and apatite.The results of zeta potential and infrared analysis showed that the collector adsorbed dolomite and apatite,and the adsorption of quartz was weak,which confirmed the results of single mineral flotation.
