Design And Implementation Of A Denim Personalized Customization System

With the rapid development of social economy and the arrival of the information age,people's living standards and material needs have changed greatly.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,people are now in the demand level of respect and self-realization.People want to express their uniqueness through garments,to gain self-confidence and respect.A few of fashion styles and average size in traditional mass customization have been unable to meet the demands of self realization and personalized customization;The traditional customization method can fit the demand,but it takes a long time and the high cost;denim clothing as the most popular form of garments,while the washing step as the characteristics of denim,run in the opposite direction of the environmental protection theme.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward the denim customization system,and analyzes the components and the specific implementation methods of the system in detail.The system mainly includes three parts: the convenient expression system of the style diagram,the automatic pattern making method and the virtual washing method.In the establishment of convenient expression system of design drawings,three layer design model is proposed,which divides clothing elements into three categories,define the parameters and the corresponding value for each element,and establish a style database.The system allows users to participate in the design,which improves the satisfaction and clothing emotional value.The automatic pattern making method,according to the proportional relationship,establishes the mathematical relationship between technical drawing and patterns,and formed a pattern knowledge base with computer algorithm encoding pattern design methods;according to the body data provided by the user and calling the algorithm to modify the basic pattern to generate fit patterns automatically.The virtual washing method provides a simple tool for drawing washing styles,and provides a method for realizing the automation of denim washing.Finally,the article uses the three dimensional virtual fitting software to simulate the effect of denim garments,and analyzes the pressure and loose condition of each part to verifies the feasibility of the system.In this study,the proposed personalized customization system provides some theoretical basis for the transformation of fashion industry and a thought for denim cleaning production.
