Mold processing is widely used in modern social production.However,due to the complex surface morphology of the cover,high processing precision requirements,and not suitable for mass production,the mold processing cost is high,the precision requirements are high,and the operation is complicated.As a widely used part,its processing cost and technical requirements are of great significance in the development of the manufacturing industry.This paper proposes an effective solution to the problems of difficult data acquisition,large amount of information redundancy,high cost of marking valid samples,and outdated time-sensitive data in processing and production.Firstly,make a systematic study of data sources.Data acquisition includes book review,experimental production and processing,web crawler crawling,and access to public databases from the Internet.For different types of information metadata,this paper uses the corresponding information preprocessing scheme.Secondly,the experiment and simulation of Cr12 MoV milling machining were carried out.The milling force empirical formula was established by machining experiment,and the milling simulation model was established by finite element method.The influence of milling parameters on cutting force was analyzed,and the applicable range of milling parameters was explored.Obtain the data set with the applicable parameters as the basic data for migration learning.Thirdly,using data migration techniques to explore ways to capture cutting data.The effective data and a large amount of auxiliary data obtained by experiment and simulation are used to train the classifier,and the classifier completes the data migration work.The built classifier migrates data from different tool angles.Finally,based on the above theoretical basis,a mold processing data management system was established.The system is based on Java language development,SSM as a framework,MySQL database and other technologies.After the database server development is completed locally,the server is deployed to the Alibaba Cloud ECS instance and finally presented to the user in the form of a website.The user can access the database system through the browser to access the database system,thereby realizing the sharing of the database in a certain sense.The mold database system has the basic functions of adding,deleting,changing and checking data management;file batch import and export functions;data migration function;machine tool equipment management function;authorization management function.
