In view of the technical difficulties of stable control and rapid excavation of the top coal roadway,this paper takes Yaoqiao coal mine 7704 working face return air roadway top coal roadway rapid excavation as the background,through the combination of on-site research,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and industrial test,the rapid excavation factors of the top coal roadway,the stability of the top coal roadway and its supporting technology,methods and parameters are explored and studied.First of all,the site research of the original support scheme,combined with engineering geological data,summarized the impact of Yaoqiao coal mine 7704 working face return air roadway excavation efficiency factors;Therefore,it is considered that the key to the deformation of the top coal roadway control gang is still to control the top coal,and then puts forward the theory and technology of long anchor solid thick layer continuous beam support,that is,through the prestressed anchor bar to form a thick enough anchoring layer in the top coal,eliminate the off-layer,and realize the anchoring area The top coal forms a joint,thick layer,relatively complete beam,realizes the roof deep shallow rock layer linkage,improves the bending strength,reduces bending deflection,eliminates the stretch area,effectively controls the sinking of the roof,and then controls the deformation of the alley gang and the expansion of the plastic area,It provides theoretical guidance and feasible scheme for the efficient top control and rapid excavation of the top coal roadway,and again,according to the theory of continuous beam of long anchor solid thick layer,combined with the new flexible anchor support technology,the effect of the change of anchor solid layer thickness on the stability of the roadway surrounding rock is analyzed by numerical simulation.It is obtained that Yaoqiao coal mine 7704 working face return air roadway 2.7m thick top coal is suitable for the use of 4.0m anchoring layer thickness And through numerical simulation and the original support comparative analysis,verify the scientificity and superiority of the long anchor thick layer continuous beam support scheme,and carry out the relevant monitoring during the industrial test,and get the law of the appearance of the roadway ore pressure during the efficient and rapid excavation and recovery of Yaoqiao coal mine.The field engineering application of the return air tunnel at 7704 working face shows that the proposed long-anchored thick continuous beam support program has been successfully applied in the field.While significantly improving the support quality,the coal roadway driving speed is increased to 628m/month.The Yaoqiao Mine's high-efficiency and rapid excavation mode has been established,and good technical and economic results have been achieved.It provides a reference for solving the problem of tight replacement of roof-supported coal roadway mining in Yaoqiao Mine.There are 75 figures,3 tables and 52 references in this paper.
