As the main energy of industrial production,coal plays an extremely important role in promoting global development.However,the frequent failures of coal production equipment seriously affect the efficiency and increase the cost of resources exploitation.According to the research,the main reason for the failure of mining equipment is the pollution of the oil system.Due to the pollutants are mixed in composition,wide in source and large in quantity,at present,the filtration and purification system or the oil regeneration device is difficult to meet the requirements of the oil pollution purification for mining equipment.For this reason,this paper intends to design a set of filtration and purification system for the pollution problem of the oil system for coal mine equipment,and study the effect and use specification of the filtration and purification system.Based on the classical theory of oil pollution control theory,the mathematical model of the oil circulating filtration system is established,the general analytical equations of the pollution control equations of the main loop filtration and the bypass filtration are deduced,and the parameters affecting the pollution balance time and the pollution balance concentration of the oil system are determined.Through the simulation of the pollution control equation of by-pass filtration,the influence mode of each parameter on the pollution control loop is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the filtration and purification system.According to the use requirements and working conditions of mine equipment,a three-stage filtration and purification system is designed by referring to the existing traditional filtration and purification methods.Among them,the first stage adopts magnetic filtration method to adsorb a large amount of ferromagnetic particles in coal mine equipment,the second stage adopts mesh filtration method to intercept large particles of pollutants in oil,and the third stage adopts filter paper filtration method to precisely filter out fine particles and water and other pollutants in oil.Considering the working requirement of the system in the mine,the explosion-proof design of the filter and purification system is carried out.Finally,the relevant auxiliary valves and pipelines of the filtration and purification system are designed and selected.Taking belt reducer,conveyor reducer and loading hydraulic station as test objects,the field application test is designed under the condition that the filtration and purification period is 2 months.According to the requirements of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil testing standards,the collection and testing scheme of test oil samples is given.A simulation test machine for filtration and purification is designed in the laboratory.In view of the situation that the filtered oil returned to the dirty tank to participate in the secondary filtration and the condition that the coal mine equipment suffered heavy pollution,the cycle filtration tests and filter element replacement cycle tests are carried out.Finally,the application mode of the oil analysis technology needed for the evaluation of filtration and purification effect and the formulation of filtration specifications are analyzed and the appropriate testing instruments are selected.Based on the oil analysis techniques such as viscosity,moisture,acid value,pollution degree and abrasive particles,the field application effect of the filtration and purification system is evaluated.The cycle filtration times needed to improve the oil quality when the filtered oil participated in the secondary filtration are determined through the cycle test of filter element replacement.The service life of the filter element in the heavy pollution condition of coal mine equipment is determined through the cycle test of filter element replacement.Finally,the economic benefit of the filtration and purification system is analyzed,and the detailed usage specifications are summarized.This paper contains 45 figures,31 tables,and 81 references.
