If the abnormal changes of ventilation in some mines are not caught and handled in time,the ventilation system will fail,which is one of the main reasons for the occurrence and expansion of fire and explosion accidents.Rapid and accurate diagnosis of abnormal mine ventilation is the key to intelligent mine ventilation.Because the density of wind speed monitoring points is low and it is difficult to accurately monitor the wind speed,it is difficult to accurately and quickly determine the influence source,severity and cause of abnormal ventilation.The abnormal ventilation system will lead to the redistribution of air volume and energy in the ventilation network,and the pressure difference of the ventilation door will change accordingly.The pressure difference of the ventilation door can be measured accurately,and the change of the pressure difference of the ventilation door is coupled with the abnormal depth of the mine ventilation.Therefore,the in-depth study of the response characteristics of the pressure difference of the ventilation door when the mine ventilation is abnormal can lay the foundation for the abnormal diagnosis of the mine ventilation system.The root of abnormal mine ventilation is the change of equivalent wind resistance or ventilation power of abnormal roadway.In this thesis,aiming at different mine ventilation abnormalities,combined with VSE mine ventilation simulation software,the simulation model of mine ventilation system is established,and the response characteristics of damper pressure difference to abnormal ventilation are analyzed.Through theoretical analysis and system simulation,the response characteristics of the damper differential pressure to the abnormal ventilation power and resistance variation are obtained.Different abnormal sources have different effects on the damper differential pressure at the same location,and the same abnormal source has different effects on the damper differential pressure at different locations.The sensitivity of damper response to abnormal wind resistance is one of the indexes to judge the response of damper to different abnormal sources,which can lay a foundation for the layout of monitoring points of damper pressure difference.This thesis studies the response characteristics of ventilation door pressure difference under abnormal ventilation condition,and reveals the coupling mechanism between ventilation abnormality and ventilation door pressure difference.Combined with Yangchangwan experimental mine,according to the response characteristics of ventilation door pressure difference to different abnormal sources,the abnormal diagnosis process of ventilation system is determined to realize the identification of abnormal sources,and provide diagnosis basis for the subsequent abnormal diagnosis of ventilation system.This thesis contains 39 figures,5 tables and 104 references.
