Tobacco baking is a very important part of tobacco production,Flue-cured tobacco drying room is the most core equipment,and in order to bake a good tobacco,good baking equipment is necessary.In recent years,to avoid the coal intensive malpractice barn,researchers began to develop the air source heat pump type tobacco drying room,the heat pump technology used in flue cured tobacco curing.With the deep research of heat pump technology,heat pump type flue-cured tobacco drying room has been widely used,but as a relatively new baking skill,it still has many problems,and has room for improvement and development.For example,in the recovery of waste heat,at present,most of the waste heat is directly discharged into the atmosphere by the waste heat generated during the drying process;result in the loss of heat and waste of energy.This paper takes the flue-cured tobacco base in Bijie as the experimental area,according to the actual conditions of the local and combined with the existing baking room developed a new type of movable air source heat pump drying room,main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the existing barn in Bijie flue-cured tobacco base,to improve the structure of the curing barn.First of all,aiming at the problem of non-mobility of existing barn,combined with the construction of the portable dwellings,the whole structure of the barn was designed,which made the barn meet the characteristics of the migration.Secondly,for the problem of uneven distribution of heat flow in the barn and serious waste heat in the baking process,solved by increasing the hot air flow guiding structure and design waste heat forced heat recovery device.It makes the designed baking room has some advantages in the structure.(2)Because the distribution of the tobacco loading chamber structure has serious influence on the airflow in the barn,the internal structure of the barn determines the uniformity of airflow distribution in it,which is beneficial to the quality of Flue-cured tobacco.On the basis of the structure design of the barn,the numerical simulation of the curing process was carried out by using the software FLUENT,to obtain a better structure of baking room with better baking properties,and put forward optimization measures of the structural form of the barn.(3)After both the internal and external structure of the baking room has meet the needs of baking,the temperature and humidity of the control system is designed,mainly to add the remote control element to the traditional semi-automatic temperature and humidity control system,to design and development of the temperature and humidity control system of the barn,this method can also achieve the barn group unified management of temperature and humidity.(4)Take Bijie flue-cured tobacco base as the experimental base;design the heat pump heating system adaptively,to complete the whole construction from the smoke chamber to the heating room.Baking experiment was carried out to compare with the existing barn to verify the reliability and efficiency of the barn.
