RV reducers are widely used in key fields such as robots and precision machine tools due to their outstanding advantages such as high efficiency,good accuracy,and high rigidity.Cycloid gear is the core component of RV reducer,and its tooth profile machining accuracy has an important influence on the comprehensive performance of RV reducer.At present,the domestic cycloidal gear tooth profile finishing basically uses imported gear grinding equipment,which is versatile and expensive,resulting in high processing costs for enterprises,Foreign countries even impose restrictions on related processing technologies,This makes it difficult for domestic enterprises to achieve mass production of high-precision cycloids.Therefore,this thesis has carried out research on the form grinding processing method of the cycloidal wheel,Based on the forming diamond roller dressing method,a special machine tool for form grinding of the cycloidal wheel is proposed,Complete the overall structure design,finite element analysis,and processing simulation of the special machine tool,Finally,the NC interpolation algorithm of the matrix of the cycloidal diamond roller female mold was studied,Relevant research results are of great significance to promote the mass production of high-precision cycloids.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)According to the principle of cycloid formation,the standard equation of cycloid tooth profile is deduced,the different combination modification methods of cycloid tooth profile are analyzed,Determined the finishing method of the cycloid wheel based on form grinding method;Based on the principle of form grinding and the theory of grinding wheel widening,the mathematical model of form grinding of the profiled cycloidal wheel is established,and the axial section equation of the grinding wheel is deduced.(2)Based on the forming diamond roller dressing method,a special machine tool for cycloidal wheel form grinding is proposed,and the overall structure of the special machine tool is determined,Carry out structural design and analysis of key components such as grinding head device,dressing device,tooling and fixture,and complete the design of the special machine tool feed system;Based on the finite element method,the static and dynamic characteristics of the key parts of the machine tool and the whole machine under the two working conditions of grinding and dressing are analyzed.(3)Based on VERICUT software to carry out the motion modeling and system parameter configuration of special machine tools,Compile simulation NC program according to the movement relation of form grinding process,Completion of cycloidal wheel form grinding simulation processing and analysis of simulation results to provide reference for actual processing.(4)To ensure the high-precision machining requirements of the cycloid diamond roller surface of the dressing tool,Solve the basic curve equation of the cycloidal roller female mold,Based on the double-arc interpolation method,the mathematic model of the double-arc interpolation with the step-length expansion and contraction of the base body of the cycloid roller female mold is established,and the interpolation node data is obtained by numerical solution.
