RV Reducer is widely used in industrial robots,machine tools,medical equipment,etc.because of its wide range of transmission ratio,high transmission efficiency and compact structure.The machining accuracy of the cycloid gear directly determines the service life of RV Reducer.The forming grinding method realizes the flexible modification of the tooth surface by changing the shape of the grinding wheel,which can better complete the machining of the modified cycloid gear.However,when the grinding process parameters are not selected properly,the cycloid gear surface will be burned,residual stress will occur,the tooth surface will be cracked,and the use of the cycloid gear will be affected.In this paper,combined with the meshing theory and the form grinding theory of cycloid gear,the method of cycloid gear multi tooth form grinding is proposed,and the multi tooth grinding wheel is dressed to realize the cycloid gear multi tooth form grinding.Through parameter calculation and computer simulation,the prediction and research of the temperature field and stress field of the tooth surface are realized,and the grinding process parameters are optimized to realize the cycloid gear high efficiency and high precision.The main research contents and progress are as follows:1.According to the meshing and form grinding principle of cycloid gear,this paper puts forward the method of cycloid gear multi tooth form grinding,establishes the mathematical model of cycloid gear forming grinding,obtains the sectional coordinates of multi tooth sand wheel axle through the meshing principle and coordinate transformation of cycloid gear,obtains the dressing path of grinding wheel by the principle of equidistant curve,and simulates the trace of diamond wheel through MATLAB.2.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of multi tooth form grinding and the heat transfer of tooth surface,the heat source type of multi tooth form grinding temperature field is determined,and the distribution relationship of heat flow density in grinding area is established.The finite element model of forming grinding of cycloid gear and the corresponding boundary conditions of grinding area are determined under the conditions of wet grinding and dry grinding.APDL command flow is programmed by ANSYS 17.0 to realize the simulation of temperature field of multiple tooth surfaces of cycloid gear,and the temperature field distribution nephogram of tooth surfaces under different conditions is obtained.At the same time,the change trend of temperature field under different working conditions is analyzed.Through the interface program design of MATLAB,the calculation of relevant parameters under different grinding parameters is realized,and the temperature field of tooth surface under different process parameters is simulated,and the simulation error and theoretical calculation are analyzed.3.The simulation results of temperature field of cycloid gear are extracted,and the finite element model of thermal stress of gear surface under dry and wet grinding conditions is established.The simulation results of thermal stress of cycloid gear multi tooth forming grinding under wet and dry grinding conditions are obtained by sequential thermal force coupling method,and the change trend of main stress of nodes parallel and perpendicular to grinding area is analyzed,and obtain that stress result of the grinding area.4.The objective function under rough and fine grinding conditions is established with the objective of the shortest grinding time and the lowest temperature of tooth surface.According to the actual machining conditions,variables are selected and the objective function is restricted.By applying matlab genetic algorithm toolbox and GUI interface,the optimization interface of grinding process parameters is designed to realize the optimization of grinding process parameters under rough and fine grinding conditions,and the rough grinding process parameters are obtained And the best process parameters in the fine grinding stage.5.Write the dressing program of multi tooth grinding wheel,the experiments of grinding wheel dressing and multi tooth grinding were carried out on the cycloid CNC forming grinding machine.The burn of tooth surface under different working conditions and process parameters was analyzed.The residual stress of tooth surface was detected by X-ray method,and the influence of grinding fluid and process parameters on the change of residual stress of tooth surface was explored.
